I am an artist and I have a wonderful personal website through artwanted.com
I have purchased a subscription on this site to enable printing options and have my personal website with my own domain name.
Artworks are extremely easy to add and search engines are great.
I have been on artwanted since 2018.

The bad part of this site is that I have never sold any artwork there and all comments that I receive are from other artists hunting for activity points to get a better rating on the site.

Why did I give one star?

I was in ninth place in the activity list and I was supposed to be promoted on artwanted Facebook page and on instagram.
They just skipped me, dropping my statistics dramatically and all my work and time invested in this site went empty.
I have contacted customer support 7 times and after promising my promotion they just started ignoring me.

There are also some issues on the personal website sold by them: not all artworks are seen. 30% of artworks appear as grey screens which makes them impossible to advertise.
Also, website templates miss updates and are not working properly.
I am quitting this site for the reason that I am ignored by customer support.

I have unanswered letters and messages as proof and also my activity screenshot.
I am very disappointed by the unprofessional team working for this site.
My subscription is active for 6 months after which I will no longer buy any service from them for the reason that I am ignored.

I do not want to pay money for the people who are not even answering my letters.
