Agent Kamish is very rude and…
Agent Kamish is very rude and unhelpful. She is very dismissive and does not know how to build relationship with a customer. I have been a loyal ASAP customer for over 15 years and has never been treated so poorly before. She outrightly refused to transfer me to a supervisor when I expressed my disapproval on how I was being treated and asked for Someone else to help me. I bring business to ASAP and any customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect! My fares with my family this time costs over $20,000.
Another kind agent (Yukon) took the time to look into my itinerary, and helped me understand the airline policies and how it affects my bookings.
Please stay away from agent Kamish if you want a pleasant experience. This is my first time writing a bad review, and I am still very pained!!!

Absolute scammers! Took my money, held me for 5 hours, and cancelled out of greed!
Do NOT use this agency under any circumstances! This is a fraudulent and dishonest company. I booked my ticket and they charged my money immediately, sending me a confirmation number: [UX24AX]. But they never issued the e-ticket! When I called to find out what was going on, they trapped me on the phone for over 2 hours, pointlessly bouncing me from one department to another just to waste my time. Finally, an arrogant supervisor came on the line and shamelessly admitted that because ticket prices went up, they simply decided not to sell me the ticket I had already paid for! They played with my money, ruined my day, and cancelled my reservation unilaterally. This is illegal, deceptive business practice. They hold your funds hostage and back out when it benefits them. Steer clear of ASAP Tickets!
