Absolute crooks. Apart from the unexplained loss of 40 of our boxes other boxes were opened and contents taken out, the company couldn’t have been less interested. Beware their terms of contract and also the largely useless insurance that they sell you

Company is under liquidation. Our belongings are in storage facility in Horley but the Liquidators (Undebt) cannot get access to it. We paid over a year for storage and it feels like a proper theft. For those in the same situation, how do we unite to put pressure.

The company bankrupted, all packages locked in storage and we don't know how to get them. Case submitted to the police. Please contact me if you in same position.

Ditto, no answer and no shipment. I was not given the option to pay by card so made a direct transfer. See the company's website for info that the firm will be liquidated.

This was our first time using a removal service and had booked ASD Harrison to move our things from London to Germany. They were flexible with the quotation in regard to our estimation of how much we had to move, and were really helpful on the day when we had far more than anticipated.

Though communication in the lead up to our move could have been slightly better/more responsive, when the team arrived on our pickup day they were extremely helpful, nice, and efficient!

Upon delivery of our items, everything was accounted for and in good condition, and once again the delivery team was fantastic and friendly.

Would definitely recommend - and trust the process!

I made contact with ASD Harrison to see if they could assist my wife and I with our return trip from England back to Ireland.

ASD were local to us and having obtained a quote, it was in line with others I received so we decided to use their services.

Everyone I was in contact with at ASD were friendly and helpful with my many questions I had.

Collection went well and the guys arrived on time. Delivery went smoothly and all items delivered without any issues.

We have used them to move our hose from UK to Switzerland. Everything went smoothly and as agreed there weren't any hidden costs etc.. They were very helpful with the paperwork, lifting heavy furniture etc. I do recommend them!

Excellent services. I used this removals company both for storage and international transfer (London to Brussels) for my personal belongings and I highly recommend it.
Everything arrived on time and at the same condition. Excellent communication and handling of any issues I had with transfer from UK to an EU member state.
Also, the guys who actually performed the removal were very friendly and moved my stuff with good care.

I have used the ASD Harrison team on several occasions and have always been delighted with the results.

From moving expensive technical equipment for a weekend conference, to a pre-fabricated metal building, they have always arrived on time with a friendly attitude, the right vehicle for the job and have been careful with the goods.

I'm disappointed to see what appear to be malicious reviews and want to give a real customer's experience.

I would highly recommend ASD Harrison to anyone needing removal services.

Awful company. Took my money as deposit and haven’t heard back from them since. Wouldn’t surprise me if they’re going bust. Do not give these cowboys the time of day.

The WORST moving experience we ever had. We have moved all over the world and this was horrendous. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Move from UK to Germany costing over £10,000. Pick up was fine.
Delivery was a nightmare. Didn't have a grasp on Customs docs, asked for £125 extra for some unforseen bureaucracy!! Delivery date was set, they didn't show up, lack of communication was shocking. We had to chase them as to where out stuff was was delayed and 2 guys showed up to unload who literally then refused to because they had not been paid by the owner. They called him and still he refused. Only because I begged these guys did they do it and I had to help them because it was 8pm at night. So many damaged items and some things were filthy like they had been stored in a barn.
I am a verified customer and can produce documents . Please for your own sake ignore any comments they make to this review. Find another mover and save yourself a lot of stress and heartache.

I have just had my furniture and personal belongings sent from Liverpool to Manilva Costa del Sol by a great team at ASD, from start to finish an exceptional group of people who kept me fully informed of where the delivery was up to, and it arrived within the 3 day window I gave them.
From initial phone contact and quote from Maddison, followed up by senior management Damon, to Sandor and Charlie who collected my stuff from Liverpool, to the 2 lovely guys from Malaga Removals who delivered in Spain, everything went brilliant.
I researched 8 companies before settling with ASD, it was worth it, they are the best.

A great company to work with. They were brilliant at communicating and rsponding to queries and problems, and helped the moving process go much smoother than I anticipated.
All staff I liaised with were warm, courteous and knowledgeable, and I felt our belongings were in very safe hands. The moving staff were incredibly fast and efficient and took all the stress out of moving back to the UK.
Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you so much!

I would like to commend Istvan & Zsolt who completed my job on 9 Feb. They arrived on time and maintained very good communication about the situation and how they will carry out the job in a calm way. Everything was smooth at the end and nothing was broken. Moving during peak moving season was not easy but we are very glad we found ASD Harrison. The prices they offered are reasonable, and the services provided are satisfying - special thanks to those who came for pick up and delivery! They have always been very responsive and assuring. Our move from London to Austria had been enjoyable thanks to ASD Harrison team. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for moving company.

The guys absolutely went above and beyond, working hard to try and get our large furniture through small doors and windows. They even took the front door off its hinges. Highly recommended.

Non professional service vs what I paid for. Fragile items not treated as fragile - arrived damaged- One parcel lost. unprofessional service, instead of supporting in resolving the problem, the company redirected me to the insurance company directly without any try of discussion.

The workers who came pick up my goods did not even speak English and were not properly equipped with the required boxes. Used some normal cartons that made my clothes travel horribly. Never again.

We have had a very smooth experience from A to Z with Zoltan and his team moving the household of a family of five from Kingston to Berlin. Despite other companies doing video tours for their quotes, someone really came to look at our stuff. Emptying the house was quite a big job as dismantling and wrapping of all furniture was included and took quite some time but was done thoroughly.

The also really nice hired team arrived with a massive truck in Berlin and used a smaller van 4 times to offload our stuff which was done in a few hours.

Great service for a good price (other quotes were much higher).
