I bought my wife a blue john ring from ASD jewellers as she wanted this stone and limited to where you can purchase this, service was excellent and delivered next day, my wife was so happy that I emailed Paula to see if they could match the stone with earrings and pendant set and when I received a fast response from Paula who was very helpful i then ordered the set and they were delivered next day and perfect match to the ring.
Will defiantly recommend them and look forward to ordering more beautiful items in the future.

I’m a returning customer as I’ve been very happy with the beautiful broach that I got from my partner for my birthday. My sister is having a special birthday and I bought her a broach similar to mine and it arrived today. As soon as I made the order, I had a lovely message letting me know my order was dispatched and a day later there it was and I’m absolutely thrilled with it, I don’t want to give it away at all, the presentation is lovely and the quality of the piece is bespoke and beautiful. I have ordered twice from ASD. Once to order the most beautiful blue John Christmas baubles and once to purchase a blue John gold cross pendant chain for my wife. Each time the customer service was brilliant. The chain on the pendant was too short. They agreed to exchange for a longer chain. I forgot to return the chain for exchange and they called to ask if I still wanted the exchange. They then processed the exchange really quickly. Highly recommend.

Visited ASD to buy a gift for my Birthday, staff were extremely helpful and took their time to help me choose. The ring I wanted needed to be made as I wanted the colour to match the bracelet I bought. It arrived on Saturday only 1week after my visit and it is perfect, the right colour & fit. I recently purchased a bangle on line as a gift. It was delivered promptly.
I thought there was a slight flaw, so contacted ASD jewellers. They asked me return the bangle and they would replace it, (although they tell me it wasn't actually a fault, but was related to the fragility of the natural stone.)
They informed me there would be a slight delay, whilst the tried to match the stone, and fit it into their schedule. The recipient of the gift has told me it is perfect, and very pretty. I am looking forward to seeing it in a few weeks. Thank you ASD jewellers for your help and co-operation. Would purchase again.

This is the worst ring I've ever received from the UK. Its nothing like the pictures I sent you. I know you hate people from the US but I am ashamed to say I was born and raised in England from the quality of your work the ring has file marks and scuff marks all over it you can definitely tell this was a quick Turn and Burn Rush item. Very said and pathetic scenes how you were highly recommended for this item obviously you weren't up for the job!

This is the 3rd piece of jewellery I've ordered over the last few months and cannot fault the quality or service in anyway.Would highly recommend.

I ordered some earrings for my son's wife for her birthday. They have arrived today and they are beautiful. I can't recommend ASD enough for their customer service, and products. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are courteous throughout the process.

Such a lovely company to deal with, the communication and service are exceptional! I ordered the earrings and received them the next day. The Blue John earrings are beautiful, even nicer than I expected. They came with a lovely box and even a gift box. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend ASD Jewellers.

I ordered a Blue John ring on the 9th, delivered this morning to Ireland brilliant service. A beautiful ring perfect size, good communication from ASD so I am very happy. This is the second ring I purchased from them plus I have earrings also bought online by my husband, as a surprise, quite a few years ago.

i ordered a pair of blue john earrings for my wife they were sent out same day arrived next morning she loves them so ordered a blue john pendant on friday in rose gold, all i can say is service is excellent you cannot ask for better very highly recommend ASD jewellery

1st Class Service. I purchased a Blue John Ring from the shop. It had to be made because of the size. I rang to check delivery & I asked Paula about a Pendant while I was on the phone, she couldn't have been more helpful & she arranged to have a Pendant made from the same Blue John Stone as the Ring so they matched. Received them both today & I'm thrilled they are beautiful.
