I would like to share my experience working with Marianne Kristoffersen from Ase.
From the very first conversation, I felt that I was in good hands. Marianne was incredibly kind, professional, and full of positive energy. She gave me great advice and helped me see things from a new perspective — after every talk with her, I felt more confident and calm about my situation.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Ase Lønmodtager. The service feels unstable and inconsistent, and unfortunately, the level of professionalism is not what I expected from a union. On several occasions, I’ve encountered rude or dismissive responses when reaching out with questions . something that should never happen when you're paying for support.
Their hotline is often unhelpful, with long wait times and limited guidance once you do get through. Overall, I don’t feel that they provide the value or support they claim to offer. I wouldn’t recommend this union to others who are looking for reliable and respectful assistance.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Eli Davidsen from Ase, I must say it was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The person I spoke to was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. He took the time to truly listen to my personal situation, and instead of pushing a sale, he focused entirely on my needs, my concerns, and what would actually help me.

He was very fast to respond, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and confident in becoming a member. I could tell he genuinely cared, not just about selling a service, but about helping people. I honestly believe I made his day with my decision, and I can say for sure he made mine too.

My experience with Ase has been truly positive, and I want to especially thank Mr. Mark Oxfeldt & Mr. Ole Fausa Backe for their exceptional support. Navigating unemployment can be challenging, but their professionalism, kindness, and practical advice made a huge difference for me.

In addition to helping me secure my benefits efficiently, they provided valuable guidance on job applications. From reviewing my CV to giving tips on how to tailor applications, their insight helped me feel more confident and focused in my job search.

Mark and Ole were responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward. I’m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend Ase to anyone needing not only unemployment assistance but also encouragement and tools to re-enter the job market.

I became a member on 27 May and was told I would receive a gift card within the next week. It's now been 23 days, and after multiple calls and emails, I still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, I’m told “soon” — but no one can give a clear timeframe. Now, they’ve even stopped responding to my emails.
If it takes this long to deliver a simple gift card, I worry how the company would handle serious issues faced by members or employees. Where is the accountability and trust? This kind of neglect can damage a company's reputation, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on this experience. I will be advising my friends and colleagues to look elsewhere — there are definitely better companies out there that offer more reliable service and communication

I had to take my benefits with me to Switzerland. the procedure was smooth and i didn't face any troubles. I They are very eager to help you also with job issues and information about pension. Totally recommended. The prices are also fair.

I recently had to use Ase’s services for the second time, and once again, I was amazed by the professionalism and high-quality support I received. As a foreigner living in Denmark, it’s incredibly helpful to have professional assistance in certain workplace situations.

The legal support provided by the union was outstanding — becoming a member was probably the best investment I’ve made since moving here. They took over the entire conversation, led and managed it successfully, and kept me updated throughout the process.
