Its hard to believe but I was defrauded…

Its hard to believe but I was defrauded by this group for over $15,000. My company purchased a store from someone named Mendy who is either an owner or high up. ASGTG has a telegram group where they sell stores or broker in this case we bought directly from ASGTG and were invoiced from them. We had ZERO communication with the owner. ASGTG prides themselves in being the go to and than ignores you after taking $15,000 for a suspended store. We asked multiple times to make sure the account was in good standing and were taken advantage of by this group. Please beware before sending any money. If anything goes wrong you will be ignored like us.

ASGTG is a sellers group that services the Amazon and e-commerce community. We have over 100 groups where sellers discuss issues related to e-commerce and compliance. We comprise over 100K sellers. See here https://asgtg.com/join-asgtg/ . One of the groups is a group where sellers / buyers meet to sell digital assets https://t.me/+FvtpciGHEn9jMTAx.

Since there were trust issues and people were not being honest, we offered an option to act as an escrow to make sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. This was only to keep it legitimate. Apparently, Mr Jared Plotka tried purchasing an account and chose to use an escrow for safe transfer. It appears that 6 weeks after the successful transfer, his account was suspended.

This is the first time I am hearing about this so I contacted the individual who handled the escrow to gather more information. It is relatively common for Amazon to suspend accounts after transfer, and certainly, it is not the responsibility of the escrow (who only makes sure the transaction is safe). The owner also booked a paid call to ask advice regarding his 28 accounts he manages that were shut down at the same time (PhoenixEcom). I am unsure if this is related to his account closure of this account but it's possible Amazon connected this account to the 28 ones shut down.

Regardless, I am sorry the account you purchased was suspended and hopefully, this gets resolved. We are a community and cannot be responsible for all transfers or dealing that happen on the community. Your welcome to contact Amazon and tell them what happened.
