Well, in short, my objective is achieved. However, it was a painful, gruelling process that I thought I could be an immigration solicitor myself because I had to correct the solicitor's errors many times. In the end, the solicitor sent out a cover letter to the Home Office with the wrong salutation. He referred to me as 'Mr'. That's just really painful...On top of that, he sent all my important documents to the wrong address. Just unbelievable, I corrected him so, so many times throughout the application process, just the address alone. I thought if I have nothing good to say, the least I can do is just not to write him a review. But, after 2 months he kept urging me to write him one. There you have it.

Basically i was under a dilemma as my previous visa was refused by the Home Office and my then representative was not acting in an efficient manner-then I knocked the door of Asher & Tomar Solicitors and met Prashant Chaudhary-he went through to my documentation-assessed, analysed them-even without charging me any consultation.

Thereafter, he did my application and then vary my application with that of FLR (M) and get me through to such a tough situation, even I was shocked whether I was protected by 3C leave, however he assured me I am-He is a real magician as he has obtained me a visa despite my adverse Immigration History.
