The watch came used

The watch came used. I sent pictures 7 days ago without a response. I sent multiple emails again without a response. I will settle it with my credit card.

Not a Great Experience

The description of the glasses was poor. The return policy, while good, is deliberately set up to make it difficult for the customer to return an item without penalty. As a new customer, I would not shop here again.

Excellent watch and buying experience!

Excellent watch, great service and fast efficient shipping. Bought other items years ago, before this recent transaction from Ashford. As a budding watch collector, I hope I can find more amazing watch finds, and do more business, with Ashford. Truly a Class Act among authorized online watch dealers.

Overall good experience.

Took 4 days to ship after order was placed, but once it did, the watch arrived at my door quickly. Great watch, great price and great response time from customer service concerning delivery status. Securing the watchband takes some patience.
