Just what I was looking for

Ashford.com carried the Maui Jim sunglasses I was looking for. The online shopping experience was very simple and the product was attractively priced. I received my sunglasses quickly from time of purchase. They arrived undamaged and in an attractive Maui Jim box along with a Maui Jim protective case and a Maui Jim cleaning cloth.
I will definitely be making future purchases using Ashford.com

another successful purchase

I had another successful purchase from Ashford. Since 2023 — I think I’ve purchased 10 to 12 watches from them. These 2 Invictas I just got are absolute gems. prices are reasonable and they don’t do any sales gimmicks unlike other sellers of this brand.

Two-year warranty statement is not accurate

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While wearing them, one of the lenses fell out almost immediately, which clearly indicates a quality issue.
I tried to resolve this directly by leaving three voicemail messages and sending an email, but I have not received any response. The lack of customer service is just as concerning as the product defect.
I’ve been a customer before and was always satisfied, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I expected better quality and at the very least a response or assistance.
At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on both the product quality and the absence of customer support.
