I ordered a 14inches curly wig but received an 8inches curly wig. I feel very disappointed.
They do not offer a straightforward return process. It’s just a waste of money and time. Not a good buy. Do not waste your money patronising this company.

The quality of their wigs are really good with limited shedding, there's no foul smell on the hair and their customer service is top notch!

The hair is good for short term wear only. After about 3 weeks it was matting and sticking together. The bob was cute and did what it needed to do for the price. I got a blonde bob 14 inches. It was true to length. The shipping was fast! It came within 2-3 business days. Their communication was great.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a great experience with Ashimary Hair. Unfortunately, the wig I ordered went missing after the delivery agent left it at the delivery location. I emailed Ashimary to inform them about what happened, and they were very prompt in investigating the issue and contacting the delivery agency.

They handled the situation professionally and arranged for another wig to be sent to me afterwards. I truly appreciate how quickly they responded and how seriously they took the matter.

The hair didn’t come with a smell and has minimal shedding when brushing. It definitely came ready to go and I love it!
