Unfortunately due to Coronavirus precautions at the time of delivery, in early June, we were only able to deliver to the front of a building, and not to individual flats. This was the standard practice for all couriers at the time to protect both our workers and you, our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience but we will always put safety first.

Quick turnaround, and also, customer services returned 10% discount to my PayPal account, as the code did not work on checkout.

Absolutely love this online shop
Absolutely love this online shop. This is the 2nd time i have ordered from here now and it only took 2 days to arrive. Everything is always packed so neatly and wrapped really well, i love it because i can't get any of this stuff where i live. Will be continuing to buy from here :)

Item Incorrect
Items received very quickly and well packaged.
1 item incorrect but wouldn't send me a replacement unless I ordered more items, which would cost me another £4.99 postage 😠
I accepted a refund and now have to shop for the incorrect item elsewhere.
Probably will not use again, unfortunately 😕
