It took so long for delivery of three…

It took so long for delivery of three pairs of trainers. I contacted them several times and they give weak excuses( other companies can do it) I then only received two pairs. No reason given. Thankfully wasn't charged for that pair. Sent one of the pairs back and it has taken sooooooo long ... 10 days in and still no refund. Why can other companies do it so quickly/???

I would give 0 if allowed to. The worst service I have ever received...goods sent back and received on the 18th Dec it now January the 28th and I am still waiting for refund...i have received postage because Asics couldn't meet their delivery requirements but I am still waiting for £70...is this company regulated ?? ...ridiculous...

I was a big fan of ASICS running shoes…

I was a big fan of ASICS running shoes but the quality of their shoes is poor and it seems like in order to improve their stats they continue to sacrifice durability. I have a new set of SonicBlast but after just two 5K runs areas of the sole that do not have grip are a touch point with the road and are peeling away to reveal the foam. I’ve just been in touch with their UK customer service and although I got a response within 3 days rather than dealing with what is seemingly a design flaw in the magicspeed carbon plate which has cracked on the left shoe after just over 24 months and only 120K they rejected my request for help and told me to get in touch with the seller to raise a claim which after 24 months… well you can guess their response. Suffice to say I’m either left with no support or I escalate the issue in one way or another which should have to be the case and seemingly they only deal with customers who have bought directly from their website. Shoddy service from what should be an amazing brand… shame on ASICS for no customer care… time to switch away to a brand that cares about its quality of product and service.

No shoes for you...

Shoes ordered 11 Jan 2026. A week later still not dispatched, chat not answered, ticket opened by AI bot not answered, so I called them. 30 minutes later, a very unsympathetic person picked up the phone. He told me my shoes are boxed and packed and all, just need to be on the car, expect them the next few days.

But instead of shoes, I got an automatic cancellation email and an automatic refund. No explanation or courtesy email from customer service. The shoes I wanted were still in stock according to the website, so I re-ordered, using a different payment method. 2 days later (this time at least quicker), again a refund and a cancellation email, no explanation whatsoever.

WTH, ASICS? You used to be better than that.

I did try to go to their shop in Ashford, but the kind of shoe I wanted (waterproof) was not available in the shop (in January, you know, when it's RAINING!)

Absolutely useless company, which is well reflected in their Trustpilot scoring, and I can just reinforce their uselessness.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waiting for a refund on the £144 pair of trainers. The trainers were too small. Opened two support cases and still not heard from any human. Had to escalate to paypal..

Only Asics for me from now on !

As a regular runner, my first of Asics running shoes were Superblast 2. I have loved them so much I bought a pair of Gel Nimbus 27 and now a pair of Metaspeed Tokyo. They’ve helped me train for hundreds of injury free miles and reach new PB’s. Speak as you find -only Asics for me from now on.

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

Returned a pair of trainers in December. ASICs received the trainers and sent an email confirming receipt of the trainers in December.

Still haven’t received a refund.

I would think twice before ordering from them.

Over 20 days and still no refund for my trainers ASCGB36706471 return code chat doesn't connect to an agent only AI several cases open and still no refund. Yodel confirmed receipt 10 days ago and still no refund given. No point in joining the the one club as No customer service. Still waiting for a reply ?

Another person who wished they'd read…

Another person who wished they'd read the reviews before buying from Asics.

Writing a review to provide some hope for those reading these whilst waiting on a refund.

Ordered two pairs of trainers about 10 days before Christmas. They arrived promptly with no problems. Unfortunately they were too small so had to return both pairs. Took to Yodel Parcel Store on 21st Dec, they were received into the Northampton Depot on the 22nd. Then radio silence for 10 days when there was an update to say they were being "returned to Avarto Asics" on 31st Dec. Put it down to Christmas postal delays. 3rd Jan searched for reviews of Asics and had a panic. Contacted Yodel and spoke to a customer service rep who assured me that the parcel had been succesfully delivered to Asics on the 31st. Left it five working days as per Asics returns policy, still nothing so contacted them via email and web chat. Got an email response from Jana who asked for some more details and said they had opened an investigation. Three working days later Jana contacted me again to advise that the refund had been requested, refund arrived back in my account two days later.

Thank you Jana for all your help, but unfortunately wont ever buy directly from Asics again, its just not worth the stress.

Issues with refund

I wish I’d read all the reviews before I’d bought! Unlike many other customers our orders of trainers for both our children at least came promptly, but we’d ordered multiple sizes and now we’re out of pocket to the tune of over £200 for 3 weeks and counting for the returned pairs as we’re not being given any reliable information on what’s happened to the returned trainers, let alone the money we’re owed on them. I’ve had them open an investigation into it and I’m hoping that I’ll get lucky and they’ll follow through on this. All the same, too long to wait when our credit-card bills need paying off!

Poor poor poor

Having large feet I need to order shoes online - found 2 pairs of running shoes, £300+ worth, on ASICS website and ordered them on the 9th Jan - 1 week later not even dispatched, I ordered 2 pairs of Brooks from them and they were delivered the next day.

Live chat BOT is useless, if you speak to a human on live chat they’ll apologise for the delay but not offer any date on when they may actually be dispatched. Phone calls just don’t get answered.

Reading the other reviews I wont hold much hope in receiving the order so will give it a week then contact my bank for a charge back.

Poor Quality

Bought a pair of running trainers and didn’t even last for 7 months. Poor service and quality.

Stay well away from ASICs there are much better brands out there such as Hoka or on cloud.

Gel kayano 32 tokyo edition

I bought a pair of the Tokyo Edition of the Gel Kayano 32 but the shoe squeaked. I bought them from Sports Direct, but it was the Asic 32 Gel Kayona that was the prpblem. I don't expect runners to squeak, especially being a Montessori teacher we need tp be quiet and with squeaky shoes that is hard to do.
They unfortunately have been returned.

ASICS online customer service and support nil points

If I could give ASICS no stars I would and do likewise for Yodel the company that delivers their online products. I ordered trainers for my 13 year old grandson on December 9th who will be visiting from France for Christmas. I thought there was ample time with a standard delivery of 1-3 days. The trainers still haven’t arrived in spite of calls to ASICS and Yodel. They promised me delivery on 20th December so I waited in all day and evening and they didn’t come. Apparently they are in Yodel’s depot but they can’t find them. The depot is 15 minutes away! It’s so frustrating. I now face the prospect of having to go to the shops to buy him a present and at 78 with a very painful knee, I do not relish the idea. What a company! It needs some good management and logistics. It’s a shame because I’m told that the product is good quality.

Do not order directly from ASICS UK

ASICS uses Yodel for deliveries and they are awful.

My first order was marked as delivered with no proof of any kind (probably driver decided to treat themselves).
Terrible customer service from ASICS.

Very stupidly, I decided to re-order but selected a pickup location. Guess what? Item marked as delivered but the store never received it.

I am going to have to ask for another refund now, hoping it all goes through and customer service responds.
What a huge waste of time, this is the worst customer experience I had in a long time.

Ordered on 9th December was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 working days after ordering
Still no movement or notification on whereabouts of order this is disgraceful for such a company poor customer service can’t get in contact via phone as they are apparently not taking calls sent a message via email 3 days a go still no response gutted as this was a main present for my son so I’m disappointed that I can’t gift him this item on time and will I ever receive this purchase?? Worried I’ve lost my money on this order very disappointed ☹️
