I was a loyal customer for so many…

I was a loyal customer for so many years, but they have no customer care service team any more. They have rejected my return which was in perfect condition because it was 2 days late, although I was sick and unable to return. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. Appalling service!

I am actually baffled at how terrible…

I am actually baffled at how terrible ASOS customer service is! How can a company exist for so long that has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My item was returned and ASOS acknowledged receipt of the return on 30 April. I still have not received my refund despite contacting customer services numerous times! ASOS agents seem incapable of providing any plausible explanation or resolution. Can ASOS resolve the issue relating to 22FKUJ53NMPGHH

I’ve shopped with ASOS for over ten…

I’ve shopped with ASOS for over ten years. Today I deleted my account and will never purchase from them again.

They sent me the wrong item, not wrong size...a totally different item. It was the only item I actually needed in the order. My size sold out before they could fix it. When I asked for any concession to acknowledge the mistake, I was refused repeatedly by a bot and then a live agent who couldn’t do anything beyond a script. They then had the nerve to demand I cover the cost of returning the clothes in a separate package.

Over ten years of business, and they won't get another dime from me. There's far more other options.

Awful experience

Awful experience! I placed an order and I am a premier customer so should get next day delivery! 4 days later still no order! They could see the order had gone to the wrong location so they requested the items be sent back to them! I have chased this every day and Im now 2 weeks on but they wont refund the money for a parcel I never received! Thankfully I paid through Paypal so have asked them to sort refund! I will never order from here again!

Plus erasure

There was a time when the plus models weren’t mostly dressed in plain milkmaid dresses. A time when this store didn’t make clothes just for the money grab. Now, the curve models like like they’re dressed in curtains & materials that hardly flatter them.

I returned my package

I returned my package, which was received 15 days ago. According to their own policy, refunds are stated to take “up to 15 days,” yet I still have not received my money or any clear update.

I contacted customer service this morning and was told to wait until the end of the day. When I followed up later, I was again told to wait — this time until tomorrow — when they would “try to find a solution.”

This is not acceptable. When a refund is already overdue, customers should receive clear answers and action, not repeated delays.

From my experience, the process has been unnecessarily dragged out, and no real responsibility has been taken to resolve the issue.

Unbelievably unhelpful

Accidentally ordered my package to my previous address in which the other occupant assaulted me. I’m extremely upset that they couldn’t amend or cancel the order, even with 3 days left to deliver.

Customer services were also very hard to deal with and their chat bots and humans using the chat portal were super slow and unhelpful

Good customer service this aint!

Good customer service this aint! Says they will hold it for 1 hour in your basket. Sold it to someone else during that time. Now out of stock. Plus, all my saved items were deleted. Waste my time why don't you? Can't get that back now can I Asos! Apparently they delete customer's accounts for returning too many items. If your sizes weren't so random people wouldn't need to get more than one to get a good fit. Why would you keep stuff that don't fit? Maybe invest in some stores so people can try stuff on first? Just saying. Too rad maybe? 🤣 Happy? What do you think?

ASOS Used to be my go to place for new clothes. However since they have updated there return policy is sucks! I’m sorry you can’t provide accurate measurements for your clothes + NND delivery used to be £4 now it’s £9.99 for a tracked 24 I don’t even cost that much from Royal Mail considering they will have a deal so they probably get delivery’s for peanuts

Rude customer service

Returned parcel, no refund issued. Had to deal with very rude customer service representative who cut the call off even though I asked to speak to a manger for the poor service. Do not recommend and will not shop there again

I am very disappointed with how this…

I am very disappointed with how this issue has been handled at ASOS!

I purchased this cardigan from ASOS on 1 May and returned it on 15 May after the item developed severe bobbling after only a few wears. The quality is clearly not fit for purpose.

Before returning the item, I contacted your customer service team to explain that the cardigan had been worn but had become faulty due to poor quality. I was advised that returning it would be fine. However, on 20 May I received an email rejecting the return because the item was “heavily worn”.

I then contacted customer service again twice. The first adviser did not properly address my issue and ended the chat abruptly. The second adviser listened but still refused to help and also ended the chat without resolving anything.

This is not a case of returning an item simply because I changed my mind. The item became faulty after minimal wear and does not meet acceptable quality standards. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products should be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. (GOV.UK)

Terrible customer service from Shradha…

Terrible customer service from Shradha Piwahal - needed to cancel my order as used the wrong payment method. Reordered but customer service team wouldn't give me a new discount code (that i used on my previous order). Such a simple and easy thing to do to make a customer happy. Won't be using ASOS again.

ASOS has become a scammer.

Truly awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I returned a parcel to asos with a few pieces. The tracking had shown it arrived but they never refunded me. This was well within the return time and once I queried where my refund was, THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR 'SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY' and said I had to claim the money back from the bank. I did nothing wrong and they've been a massive headache.

The company deserves the downfall and losses its going through. Good riddance.
