It al started approximately 4 weeks ago: I ordered a pair of shoes with them and received an email that my order had been delayed due to a high volume of orders. Which is fine, those things can happen. 5/6 days later i received a notification that my order had been delivered to a appartment building. Note: I asked to deliver my order in a lockerbox at the same adres, which was stated very clear in my order. They told me i had to file a report with them so they could send this to the delivery company to investigate. Marius, the customer service agent told me this would take 3 weeks (note: i had to wait 3 weeks on a mistake that happened on their end! This without any follow-up or even a compensation). After 4 weeks i reached out to them again to ask how thing were standing and then they told me the company lost the package and i would get a refund. To be honest, i don’t think they would have reached out if i did not ask, again not a good look on the service. As i just wanted the shoes, I re-ordered them immediately. JUST TO GET ANOTHER EMAIL THAT DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS MY ORDER WAS DELAYED? It’s been again 5 days, with just that one email stated in caps before this sentence. I’m actually lost for words. I’m not someone who writes reviews, but i hope this will wake them up and do something. Very very very bad service for an online store in 2026.
I ordered a pair of shoes on from their app and received slow emails. Once the tracking said the package came into the country i got no updates from them and didn’t even receive another tracking number so i was completely unable to know the location of my package. I checked again after a few days and it said my order delivery was unsuccessful and was being held. After, they replied to my email and said it was being sent back to germany… I payed for delivery only for this awful service and not even a second announced delivery attempt.

The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the fact you are collaborating with Hrvatska posta, here in Croatia. I ordered a pair of sneakers on March 10th. It arrived to Croatia on March 14th, and went out for delivery on March 16th, according to the courier. The same day a note on the courier's website stated "item delivered" but I did not receive anything. It took a couple of phone calls before I realized the driver left my parcel with my neighbor. "Hrvatska posta" is not a reliable partner, they mess up almost every single order of mine. This was the third pair I ordered from you. Today I ordered my fourth pair, and honestly I am afraid of what could happen. Please consider changing your courier partner (I would prefer DPD or Overseas). Thank you

Very good customer service. My parcel was missing and I didn’t receive anything. After the investigation I got a refund so I didn’t have to pay for shoes I never received.

I like them because they have a really huge selection of sneakers. Delivery to Austria works perfectly. Customer service is fast and efficient.
The only thing I would suggest as an improvement—something that would mean a lot to customers—is to include a return label in the package, or after a return request, send customers an email with a return label or a barcode.
Otherwise, everything is great. Ordering, delivery, returns, and contact with customer service — everything works perfectly 😊

As others have mentioned, I have had an issue with an unfulfilled delivery. According to DHL, a delivery attempt has been made – but it never reached me and no effort was made by DHL to contact me.
Since then (two and a half weeks ago), there have been no further attempts to deliver the item. I was informed that AsphaltGold will need three(!) weeks to look into this.
The customer support has been slow and not very willing to proactively solve my issues.
Issues with DHL is not directly AsphaltGold's problem – but it is their duty to work with their delivery "partner" to provide a solution for the customer.
I am now waiting on a refund (including shipping). Based on other reviews, I'm not very optimistic that I will receive it...

do not trust the review here, 4 out of 5 stars does not represent reality. on fb they have many bad reviews, they take money, they dont answer, etc. i thought its my case too, but i got the package, it seems they have bad customer service. phone number never works, dont answer emails, when they answered, they give me awb but they didnt tell for wich company...

I asked whether my order could be cancelled before it was shipped.
The store declined the request, shipped the order anyway, and then intercepted the parcel without my consent, marking it as “refused by recipient”.
I never refused the delivery, have not received any refund, and after 5 days there has been no reply from customer service. Very unprofessional handling.

Customer service claimed that I refused the delivery. This is not true. I never refused the parcel.
The order was intercepted without my consent, and the store is now shifting responsibility to the customer instead of addressing the issue.

I am writing regarding my order of two sweaters totaling €258, which I purchased and later requested to cancel via email on December 3rd. I have been informed that the order was cancelled, but I have still not received my refund.
I have contacted Danske Bank, who have explained that they cannot release the funds because the amount is still reserved. The screenshot that “Marius” keeps sending me is not sufficient or valid proof, and I have sent numerous emails to your support without timely responses, often waiting several days for an answer.
This situation is causing me significant stress, as the refund has not been completed and the cancellation is not fully processed on your end. I urgently request that you fully process my refund as soon as possible, and provide confirmation that the funds will be released.
For clarity, my bank confirms:
• The payment cannot be sent to me while it is still reserved on the merchant’s side.
• The only way to resolve this is for Truspitlo to fully process and confirm the refund.
I am extremely frustrated with how long this has taken, and I hope this matter can be resolved without further delay. Please respond urgently with confirmation of the refund.

It is disappointing to see that Asphaltgold is unable to provide support when mistakes are made by their logistics service provider. What started over two weeks ago with a friendly notification has turned into a sad refusal to take responsibility. The money has been in their account for weeks. The word 'customer' has a whole different meaning at Asphaltgold... I don't recognise myself in it.

ordered and payed for 2 products on the 28th of October, they were supposed to arrive with dhl on the 1st of november but the delivery never came. was informed by dhl that it would be sent to a service point, it was refused at the service point and dhl notified me it would be returned to sender. that was the 1st of november. After extensive contact with the "customer service" if you can even call it that. they refuse to resend my package or resolve my issue. if they are having issues with their carrier that is their problem and not the PAYING customers

I was a bit hesitant to order after seeing some of the more recent reviews. Still, I decided to go ahead and ordered three pairs of Nike Air Max because the price was really good. I can confirm that the order arrived within three days from Germany to The Netherlands without any issues. The shoes are exactly as expected. They are authentic (for anyone who might be in doubt) and all in the correct size. I am 100% satisfied and would absolutely order again. With free shipping, the price–value ratio is excellent.

I reached out to customer services and asked why this had happened, they didn’t respond but gave me a refund for the item only, not the shipping I had paid. I did not request for the shoes to be returned, no apologies from the company. Would not use
