I ordered shoes four 80 € and it bpost…

I ordered shoes four 80 € and bpost said it was delivered in my box but it is impossible because the package of shoes should be too big! I have no news and no reaction. I want either my shoes either my money back and quickly for Christmas. Never again with this company! Avoid !!

Good service. Perfect order. Except that I paid for next day delivery and my shipment has in fact been shipped 3 days later

Customer service super helpful!

I had an issue with the first delivery and the lady from Customer service suggested to order them again adding same day delivery. It worked out perfect!

Terrible return service

Terrible return service. Had an email to say I would have my refund within five days and I’m still waiting. Customer service also takes forever to reply.

Nice and cozy store, friendly customersservice. I bought my UGGS in Rotterdam, near the Lijnbaan. They took their time to bring out different shoes because I couldn’t make up my mind🤦🏻‍♀️ but my sales person was very patient and honest about the fit of different shoes. This was very helpful. I would buy from them again.👍🏻
