Company scammed me and I submitted…

Company scammed me and I submitted proof that I returned the phone back. They refuse to honor my documents that came from the post office and now I’m forced to seek legal counsel to dispute the amount they are trying to charge me. I am so frustrated and I have researched as well as discovered that they have done this to several customers. Months later, I get this huge amount on my phone bill for a phone I returned and that someone signed for. I will not be liable since your company clearly lost the phone at the warehouse and trying to make me pay for a phone that I did indeed return to you all.

I can’t contact anyone to make a claim

I have been ringing to make a claim
For mortgage protection and this company have outsourced their handlers to the Netherlands with no phone number, no way of making a claim online or email and on 3 occassions been told someone will call me back in 48 hrs. Which hasn’t happened! Despite being loyal and paying for this product for 20 years plus I have no one to help now I need the support due to redundancy. How is this possible in a company that shows customers in their company values ? The stress this has caused should not be underestimated and for a service this is shocking ! Been told on 4th attempt I’ll get a call from a manager ! Where’s the infrastructure to handle these calls from vulnerable situations people who pay this company are in ! Where’s the simplicity of making a claim like other well known providers ? Why have their customers not been told the company changes and why have we not been treated as a priority in this age where cost of living means these services we lay for day to day are needed more and more! I can’t put into words what a complete lack of business sense this provider has. All 4 agents have done what their company has asked them to do! The issue is not the agents - the issue is with the badly designed model with inadequate levels of staffing in a new set up ! You have replied below asking for more information and to reply to the trustpilot email which is a do not reply - yet another joke.
I’ve since rang again been told on the 6th occasion that netherland are not contactable - manger in uk will message them via messenger to get a manager to speak to me to raise a complaint ??? I’ve asked for a complaint email or method and been told this is what they do and they are equally just as frustrated not having any of my details ! I can’t believe this is allowed to happen ! I will be going to the FCA now
