My experience with this service was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I've encountered a significant lack of information throughout the entire process. After submitting my initial request, I had to email three times just to get a reply, and it took three days to get an answer.
When I finally received a response, I was simply told that I needed to provide more documents and schedule more appointments. The company's communication is very poor, and it feels like they intentionally withhold information, which significantly delays the process.
I highly recommend that you give yourself at least one month before placing an order to account for these delays and the frustrating back-and-forth communication. The lack of proactive communication and the slow response times made this a very negative experience.
And 7 days wait for refund!!!!!!

Very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Still waiting on a refund 6 days on. What sort of company takes that long in this day and age.

Excellent pharmacy . I have used for 4 months on weight loss, they are always on time, i always get update e mails asking for information. they have contacted my GP its on my records. Every time I e mail to ask a question they reply immediately. don't understand the bad reviews . I'm so happy I choose these and not the big Med Express company. I would recommend 100%

WARNING ⚠️ If you are a diabetic DO NOT use this company!!!

I filled out the questionnaire honestly stating that I was a diabetic on diabetic medication, they told me I was eligible for the weightloss medication, they took my money and I made an appointment for a call later than day. Only to be told that they can’t prescribe to people with diabetes! Well if that was the case why for you take my money knowing full well I was a diabetic??

Now I have to wait 3-5 working days for a full refund!

You are completely crazy and thieves!!! I wrote you several emails to tell you that I could not do the second and third dose because your pen did not work and I sent you a video as proof. The only thing you were able to see was that the liquid had ended up in the syringe while you preferred not to say anything about the plunger that did not go down and two needles still not used! No refund!!! Now you have taken the money from my account and are sending me the second dose of 0.5 ml. This pharmacy does not care about the health of patients but only about selling! I do not authorize you to take any more money and I immediately want a refund of the money you took for the second dose!
Thieves! You sell products that do not work!

I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their apparent lack of commitment to staff training and compliance with data protection regulations. It is concerning that they do not provide adequate training to their employees, including essential areas such as GDPR compliance, which is a fundamental requirement under UK law . Furthermore, I was disheartened to learn that an employee was dismissed following a customer complaint about being asked to repeat their surname multiple times—a situation that raises serious concerns about potential discrimination. This incident suggests a failure to support staff appropriately and a lack of sensitivity to cultural differences. Such practices not only undermine employee morale but also pose significant risks to the company's reputation and legal standing.

Website SHOULD be clearer on the ordering process because payment details are given you are then given next day delivery, which actually wasnt next day

They take your money. Dont send you your medication. Dont return calls or emails. I would avoid at all costs.

I tried to order mounjaro, weight loss pen. A three step process. Entered my details, voila my BMI was eligible for this programme. Took payment straight away. Then you are in a process not mentioned anywhere before. Submit pictures, consultation etc. this is fine, but not advertised. Turns out my BMI isn’t high enough and we’ll refund you in 7-10 days. Customer service ‘yes I know, the websites not laid out very well’. No it’s not, in fact it’s laid out to get your money in their bank, create substantial cash flow, therefore interest and profit on your money. I warned you.

They took my money last week after I chased for my next month of medication. Nothing arrived so I chased up. Then got an email to say my prescription had been approved so I assumed it was on the way. A few days later still nothing so I chased again. Over the last week I have tried calling several times, I’ve emailed, and cannot get through to anyone that can help (it’s some sort of call centre to take messages for them) or get any response on email.

I was due to take my medication yesterday and I still don’t have it, don’t have my money, and cannot get through to anyone.

I ordered my product and paid for it on the 13th April, I am still waiting to receive this. I have made numerous phone calls, left numerous messages and sent numerous emails and not 1 person has got back to me. I'm hoping this review will make someone contact me.

£155.90 taken for mounjaro pen on Wednesday 16th April, as of Wednesday 23rd still not received my pen. My jab day was Saturday 19th April. I have sent 3 emails and left 3 telephone messages as I now want my money back and all have been ignored. I'm now unable to access my Assured pharmacy account because it's now blocked. I have been scammed!

Been using Assured Pharmacy for many years. Great website, easy to navigate and order. My orders have always been dispatched either same day or next day if I order later in the day. Never had a problem, but from the service so far, I think it would be sorted very quickly.

Have used this company for a few years and have absolutely no negative feedback to share.
They have always been polite, professional and efficient.
There service and prices are second to none.
Online consultation and ordering have always been easy for me.
Although I only order and use one of their products, I can easily imagine that the other products are just as good.
I am a very satisfied customer.

Ordered mounjaro jabs completing all questions, including that I was type 2 diabetes with no meds required. Form finished, money taken, only to be told in a call by a 'prescriber' days later that they wouldn't give it to me as I had diabetes!
Very underhand to take money then say it will take a week to come back. The consultation should be automatically closed when saying diabetes and no money taken. How much money is this company taking in and earning on when they know they wont prescribe. Do not use this company if you dont want to 'lend' them money for nothing! Assured Pharmacy, sort your online forms out to end a consultation when it is appropriate to do that and not take my money.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of service from Assured Pharmacy. They stayed in regular contact, patiently answered all my queries, and made the whole process straightforward. Great service, brilliant product—honestly, if you’re considering Mounjaro, I’d definitely recommend giving them a go. Top-notch experience!
