Legal action is pending over greedy owner…

Legal action is pending because Chris Aston chooses to make things up as he goes along.
Not only do I have a catalogue of errors, he also loses my items, and then charges commissions that differ from his written agreements! He claims that my "deal" on commission changed when I "withdrew" a particular item. This particular item, along with 3 other items (you forgot about those Chris?), were never catalogued, (along with 3 missing items, but that's another story), so cannot be deemed to be withdrawn.
My pre-sale advice never quoted the 4 items that I took back, so they cannot be "withdrawn" as he claims.
He also claims he told me the commission "deal" would change but he knows full well that is not the truth. Furthermore, no written amendment was ever issued to me - because there was no "different deal".
My solicitor has found this most interesting. After reading reviews, it appears I'm not the first to take legal action over non-payment. I wonder what his solicitor will think when a letter lands on his desk? I wonder what Chris's Dad would think about this, given that he built this company and gained a good reputation??! You shouldn't be so greedy Chris. You've had every opportunity to sort this out, but now we're going down the legal route in order to get you to sort this out, so will cost you more money in the end. Shame on you for tarnishing the integrity of your Dad's company!!
No matter what you come back with in your reply Chris, you and I both know the exact truth here, so say whatever you want, but I guarantee your words will be fabricated.
Mess with me Chris, and the world will hear about it.

Highly unpolite business

Highly unpolite business. When trying to register for an online auction, simply got rejected without any form of explanation. No answers given to questions asked. Must be run by a bunch of pro-Brexit conservative island inhabitants totally ignorant to the rest of the world.

Utterly terrible.

Describe lots as 'mint' 'excellent' when falling apart/fake/bits missing.
Wont offer refunds and older gentleman who runs it has an attitude problem.

Advise: use Vectis.
