Just went in to look for a new car. Guy that I spoke to could not have been less interested if he tried.

Sonny had taken care of me the whole experience in buying my new family car. He was very understanding about what we needed and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. We purchased a beautiful car and it had easily been one of the most straight forward purchases we have done. I would definitely recommend Aston Melton Mowbray and Sonny for everything! I recently reviewed Aston about some issues that arose in the purchase of my new car from them and I was less than flattering. I have been sent a link to review them and I think it important to acknowledge how Aston responded to me previous critique and I have to say I was ;am, impressed.

Amanda from Aston called me and she never once tried to excuse what had gone wrong, instead there was an acceptance that things had gone wrong and I was left with the impression there was a genuine desire that Aston will use that as an opportunity to improve its Customer centric focus.

In any organisation errors can occur but it's how a Company reacts to that which truly defines what Customer focus should be.

Well done Aston, I will return in 2028 for my next new car.

Saw a car I was interested in on line. Phoned the dealer and was immediately impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable Carly was regarding the car. No pressure and a genuine conversation. This was a breath of fresh air as I have spoken to many dealers recently who either have very little or knowledge or try to sell you something you don't want.
I agreed to buy the car and was offered a reasonable price for my car. A date for delivery was agreed and I was kept fully informed .The evening before delivery i was contacted confirming it was happening. The delivery was on time and delt with in a very professional manner. I was given plenty of time to inspect the car before the paperwork was completed. So pleased with my decision.

The service receptionist Clair was excellent,because we had traveled a long way 120 approximately round trip she moved us up the work rota so we wasn’t hanging about all day,the service on the car was carried correctly and the car was returned clean and tidy,the only complaint was the service book was not completely filled in and there was black finger marks in the pages which I tried to wipe off with Dettol wipes as best as I could,otherwise no other complaints
