i bought a asus prime rtx 5070 and its super good also came with a 12 pin connector and automaticly installed the driver so swapped gpus in 3 minutes of time and everything worked shipping was fast

Worst experience as a consumer in my life
Terrible. I sent a new laptop to be checked for issues that were present since I bought the computer, and because they found a drop of coffee on a plastic part of the casing, they voided my warranty and wanted me to pay more than what i paid to buy the laptop in the beginning. The customer support was tremendously slow, they kept the computer for 2 full weeks and did not do absolutely anything with it, and on top of that, now I have no warranty anymore. On top of all of this, their empathy levels are a big zero. I have vowed to never buy any ASUS product after this.

Really great customer service!
I had a problem with my ASUS ROG, one of my usb ports was not working correctly due to a factory mistake. After talking about 10 minutes on the phone they got back to me with a solution. I could send my laptop to Asus and they would repair my USB port! I am so happy with their service and also the product that they deliver!
Asus laptops have a great durability and a great quality there is nothing wrong with the services that they deliver!
