Absolutely horrific levels of spam, that doesn't stop regardless of whether you unsubscribe, move to spam, report or block. I'm not sure I've EVER seen a company torch its reputation so badly by email

I had an asus many years ago. Never again. I get literally endless emails from asuswebstorage, all in chinese. I have tried every which way to block or unsubscribe but they just keep coming. Its a nightmare.

Don't waste your time or money.
Incoherent, un-intuitive and clunky interface.
Made up of different apps, some with overlapping functionality.
Some cannot recover from computer crashes or get stuck altogether.

I wish I read these reviews long ago. After installing ASUS web storage a few weeks ago, I noticed my windows explorer restarting from time to time, killing any file copying and closing all explorer windows, and even dropping my AnyDesk and network connections. After looking for solutions on the web, I have given up. I'm so disappointed and cant believe that ASUS would release something this bad. Too much money and days wasted uploading files on paid data. :(

I figured getting 1TB of online storage for approx $34 is a good value. I went to sign up and it required i pay via paypal, so i did a search and found this site. i don't know that this asus webstorage is actually related to the hardware company that makes our asus desktop, laptops and monitors. so i would stay away.

Started to upload my photos (from my phone) 12h ago and only 20% has been updated. This is ridiculous the amount of time it is taking.

Lost of time and money.
Take days to load files.

TimeLine backup efficient, good value, pity it does not read video .TS files

Just signed for Webstorage. Tried to upload some files. Speed varied, averaged around 14.4 kB/s. 30 years ago I had a modem with 14.4Kb ...
Don't buy this !!

Clunky impenetrable system. Hopeless tutorial. Can't even find the backed up files. I fell for the special offer. Don't waste your money

Do not trust this thing. If you recieved an email with a great deal, do not sign up. It's a scam.

Come on Asus, I have your Asus Zenbook, a brave move away from a lifetime of Dell. It is absolutely brilliant, the rigid construction yet lightweight, very up to date aesthetics and an absolute pleasure to use and own.
Then, I fall for your advertising for your online storage service. Well, lets just say, stick to producing great laptops as the online storage is abysmal. Its slow, clunky with out of storage error notices every time i login, but I haven't even used not 5%.
If I could get my subscription money back, I would.
But it's been over a month and I would take it I'm past the point of no return.

My mistake was thinking that Asus in the name means Quality. Forget about it. Very slow upload rate compared to OneDrive, GDrive and just about every other provider out there. It's been a terrific waste of money and time. The sync and app software is atrocious I very much regret signing up. And if you have problems don't count on an effective solution.

My laptop has been away for repair for over a month and half. No one has contacted me I've had to do all the chasing up. Constantly passed to second line team who has conflicting reports. Laptop still away and no one can tell me where it is. Do not buy Asus under any circumstances.they have been the worst I've ever had to deal with

This the worst webstorage that exists in the Universe. It's too slowly. It's impracticable. The software is bad. Terrible!!!!!

I sure wish this had come up b4 I signed up. I uploaded my files using the web interface, so at least they were in the cloud. Decided I didn't need 1TB of space so I renewed at 500GB. Instead of waiting until my renewal date to change my plan they cut it in half immediately, which was 6 months early. Also, many webpages I go to now defaults to Chinese. Google maps shows Chinese characters. No idea what is going on. Go to Pcloud, who is based in Switzerland, and buy a lifetime subscription. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

AsusWebStorage is a very fake cloud. Your data is not saved in the cloud, but in a new folder on your computer. This is a 100% scam service.
From my point of view, we are bordering on trade fraud, which is a criminal offence in Italy.
