Please avoid. Despite agreeing to specific works up front, they kept on adding in extra costs throughout the renovation process. These additional costs where for standard costs. An example, rendering a ceiling on a ceiling that they had costed to replace. It was if they had a set price they wanted to charge for the entire job... and if I achieved a saving in one place, a mystery charge would pop up elsewhere that would bring the total job cost up again.
They failed repeatedly to give an itemised list of promised works and breakdown of costs for materials. I had to track these throughtout.
Worst of all, their work has proved to be of low quality. They were called back repeatedly on gutters and leaks. In fact, we had to replace all their guttering work 1 year later. Their plumbing is atrotious - we have had several leaks (which resulted in a ceiling being replaced) - basics like bath overflow where not linked up - taps not securely affixed - toilets not correctly fitted (our downstairs toilet was not properly connected to our drainage - the result was the contents of our toilet gathering under our floors). We also got some structural work done - a flat roof is now leaking, and areas around support beams are showing signs of movement.
Again, please avoid.
