This company no longer services or repairs the expensive products they supplied and fitted for us ! …

This company fitted two security bollards in Feb 2019 and now they have made a decision to no longer offer maintenance or repair for their products!!!! They now are only interested in big sports stadiums and public buildings where there is more money to be ripped off from companies rather than ripping off the small domestic customer who want to secure their driveways! Shocked beyond words ! Customer service rep gave me a number for the guy who actually fitted the security bollards through ATG 2 years ago but he is too busy ! AVIOD ! AVOID !

Stopped maintaining their own products!?!?

Bought a bollard for our home. Product is complex and needs servicing every 2-3 years. Atg has told my wife that it no longer does maintenance. They charged enough for it so this decision does surprise me. Renders the product useless and these bollards aren’t cheap. In fact we will now need to replace it. Thanks guys! Avoid.
