I've been on a fitness journey on and off throughout my life. I am now in the mid-fifties and can say that I am in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Jeff Cavalier at AthleanX, I have stayed motivated these last few years. His daily YouTube videos and his paid training programs kept me on track. As a guy with a penchant for science, his science based explanations really helped me understand the why of what he taught. I bought several of his programs because they work. His support staff is also first rate.

I recommend AthleanX to men and women of all ages. My vitals are good. I look good in the mirror. I feel proud of my body, It looks and functions like I was 35. Thanks Jeff and team. I will continue my fitness journey with your guidance for many more decades.

P.S. Training on your own without proper guidance can lead to injuries. I have seen how some injuries have sidelined people for months and years. Some never go back to training. This is tragic. All this can be avoided with the proper coaching on technique and form.

I made a supplement purchase as I was interested in getting the free Bruce Lee Dragon training program that came with any order above $75. Unfortunately, I had missed the deadline by a few hours, but I contacted Athlean X Support asking whether they could still provide me with the free program as I was living in a different time zone. They were happy to help and provided me with the program anyway. Very understanding team and made my day! Their willingness to help and instant service really stood out to me.

Great programms, excelent content, perfect support

I received excellent customer services. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. They acknowledge my concern, and were able to help first time around.

What is there to say other than have you ordered your program yet?! I have had 13 surgeries from my time in the Marine Corps and have a wife and three daughters. Not only are the programs great to help me get back in shape from injuries but also encompasses full body mobility and health to keep my pain as low as possible and ensure I continue to keep up with my family. I have used Athlean-X solely for years now and love all of the programs and the thought put into them in regards to body mechanics. Not only are the programs great but their customer service is top notch and extremely responsive to any questions I may have to ensure I get the most out of my programs. I highly recommend everyone try at least one program because you will be hooked.

Loving Jeff's content on youtube with great understandable explanations. Also loving his supplements, while not cheap, but definitely very good and tasty. His programs are easy to follow, and the online platform makes it easy to track your progress in exercises. Also the Support department via email is working very well, giving clear and detailed answers.

My experience with Athlean X has been astounding, I’m in the best shape of my life and more agile than I have ever been even after having a fused ankle.

The programs are incredible, clearly very well thought out and worth every penny in my opinion.

The support team are also excellent and very quick in responding to issues.

5 stars without a doubt I have been using these programs since October 2018 and it’s worth every penny I like the style of training it’s enjoyable not boring and gave me good results since i started using these programs that’s why I spent money on these programs and I have plenty of them and will keep training using these programs I like the Questions and Answers form also where members help each others and also great customer service they have
