I've used Atkinsons for 10+ years…

I've used Atkinsons for 10+ years spending literally £1000's and £1000's. My loyalty has now gone - it's all about the money with them now. Exhorbitant cost to collect an overpriced frame from 4 miles away. Absolute zero understanding of customer service or thought for further returning sales. My many recommendations will now sadly turn to avoid as I cannot reccomend a company that simply refers to terms and conditions.

Found ordering on the website very easy…

Found ordering on the website very easy and painless. Collected my order and found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Order was brought out to my car in car park and forklift driver helped me load.
I would recommend ringing if you need your order before the date given on the website, if it’s in stock you can collect straight away
