Good quick and efficient service

Ordered the fence panels and they were delivered and dropped exactly where I asked then to be, great service

Really easy to order, very knowledgeable about the product and able to discuss and advise on our needs.

The attitude of the guy at the counter wasn’t great. When asked for advice on the size of fence posts he told me » It’s your project «  in a rude dismissive tone .
When we saw the posts and decided to go for a smaller size, he didn’t offer to refund the difference and when asked suggested that we’d just get a « couple of quid back « , as if wasn’t worth the bother . The price difference was actually over £20.

No one offered any help to get the panels on the car . There was a lot of jokey banter in the background that didn’t sound great.

Another more friendly younger guy was helpful on how do fix the straps when asked.
Generally not a customer - friendly or respectful culture at this branch

Amended my order and requested a morning delivery and that all worked out fine. Got a phone call before the delivery arrived. Friendly service and good quality goods.

Good quality fencing, we had a couple of issues with sizings which were delivered but Atkinsons were really helpful in getting these resolved. Reasonable prices.

Helpful delivery. Fortunately my son was calling to my house so, because I have mobility problems, he was able to take my dreivery to the rear of the house,

I think the actual panels are more robust and more substantial than those from other manufacturers and they told me what day they would be delivered and rang me on that morning to tell me the were coming and they arrived very early that day. So well pleased all round.
