Night 2 of our week away to Atlantica Nissaki Beach, Corfu from Norwich with Tui. What can I say…it’s a breath of fresh air! I must admit I didn’t know what to expect when we traveled to the resort on our transfer coach from the airport, the small town that we passed through was plastered with graffiti and I seriously wondered if maybe we had made a big mistake! But on arrival at the Atlantica I couldn’t have been more wrong, the hotel was bright and spotlessly clean with a warm greeting from the staff who handed out glasses of Buck’s Fizz to the arriving guests. Every member of staff that we have come into contact with have been attentive and helpful. Although the hotel complex is large it is designed so you can always find a place of sanctuary to relax and enjoy some peace. Sun loungers are plentiful and are available poolside as well as the beach. The catering staff, waiters and waitresses deserve a special mention as they work tirelessly to meet the many needs and expectations of the guests. Looking forward to the next 5 nights of our stay at Atlantica Nissaki Beach Corfu.

I stayed at the Atlantica nisakki beach in Corfu. The food was amazing and the TUI rep Nina was so friendly and helpful she was just such a lovely person full of local knowledge. The lobby bar staff George and his wife Nefeli were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Also the main restaurant staff flodor and Sadi were always there to help us. Unfortunately the pool bar there was a woman called Fani who was so miserable and didn’t enjoy her job. And a member of reception staff was very rude Dina very abrupt. They also have a guest relations person called Matina she was such a busybody and didn’t like you eating out elsewhere. Other than that I had a wonderful time. Highly recommended a swim up room. The beach is very rocky and it’s very difficult to get in and out of the sea. Very relaxing holiday dispite some of the staff being so rude but the nice staff made up for the rude ones.

Excellent choice of hotel for a quiet holiday as it is situated away from busy tourist areas. I wouldn't recommend it if you like to wander around the town/shops as there was nothing nearby. However, we did try local buses to go into Paphos and Coral Bay and they were cheap enough. Situated right by the sea so lovely views from most areas of the hotel. Nearest small beach was 10 minute walk away. Beds in the room were really comfortable with nice pillows. It was kept clean by daily visits from housekeeping. Pool area is huge and never a shortage of sunbeds which was very refreshing. Food was excellent with plenty of choices and the desserts just amazing! Only slight negative was the drinks service in the main restaurant as this was all waiter service. They were quick to get you your first drink but we found it almost impossible to get them back if you wanted a second drink. Nice to have option of eating at the pool bar during the day where there were salads, burgers, nuggets, chips, pizza and cakes and doughnuts. Large variety of drinks available with the All Inclusive option. Bar staff at the pool bar were very friendly. The entertainment team worked really hard to try and keep people amused all day long. Loved the Robbie Williams tribute act and the Fire Show was fantastic.

Second time at the Atlantica Imperial Hotel Kolymbia, Rhodes and it was great. Had a brilliant room and lovely room maid, Sherri who was the best cleaner by a long shot. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I'm giving 5 stars although there were a couple of areas which were a bit tired. Missing grout behind the bathroom sink, hole in the ceiling of the toilet, missing grout in the patio tiles resulting in grass growing through and the table numbers in the dining area were scuffed and marked. Very small items of maintenance which wouldn't take much to resolve.

I chose the spa treatment package of 6 days with 2 treatments per day. The therapist was Daphne (10 stars for Daphne) who was outstanding and delivered excellent results. A lovely young lady who certainly knows how to provide good facials and massages. I absolutely recommend Daphne if you're going to the spa, she is also a qualified physio therapist. All the spa staff were helpful, friendly, always smiling and welcoming especially Veronika.
We definitely recommend a holiday there.

i went to atlantica oasis hotel for job application but the reception staff was so rude unprofessional and untrained. they don't know how to talk and give attention to anyone. when i arrived at reception they simply said me to go back because there is no job. it's ok but at least talk in a manner. and who are they to tell me if there is job or no because its the job of HR department. they should direct me to them. i saw that how they talk with their guests who were finding something. the head lady there was chattering with another lady of the staff. one of the receptionist come to help me but she was also untrained. she looked at the application form and got confused. she should ask me why i am standing there with the paper. and instead of helping me she just went to the other side and the head lady was still chattering. what is this shit? i went the other hotels like four seasons , st Raphael resort, Leonardo hotels, they treated me like guest, they are so good. but I don't know why people are going to this wrost place.

For the second year running we stayed for 2 weeks All Inclusive at Atlantica Imperial Resort Kolymbia Rhodes. The standard of this 5 star hotel has not diminished at all. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable with daily housekeeping. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. It was lovely to see Orsy still waitressing in the bar with her friendly personality, Nico’s infectious laugh never ceases to make you smile and Diogo couldn’t do enough for you.
The food in the main restaurant was again excellent and the Al A Carte restaurants Ginger, Blue Bay and Mylos are all of Michelin standard in my opinion.
Lea works very hard with the day time activities and is a ray of sunshine, even though she only has 1 day per week off.
The Operations Manager Savvas is always visible and no matter how busy he is he finds a few minutes to stop and ask how you are. His high standards can be clearly seen in every aspect of the hotel and the staff enjoy working for him which shows in how well they carry out their work.
Cannot rate this hotel highly enough and will return again.

The hotel is really good and service was excellent 5star, we would definitely go back there again 100%

A special mention to Mario's & Stelios customer experience manager who helped make our stay there very special. Also the waiting Staff Nikos, Georgia & Stelios Citrus Bar who were great and a real asset to the resort.

7th Atlantica hotel we have stayed at in recent years.
Only downside was transfer was a little long on arrival due to multiple drops on route but on departure it was direct was fine around 1.2 hour and the weather was not the best for Greece in May.

The hotel and the food was great quality and choice including the various bookable ones Greek, Italian, USA etc. They could do with some little late night food options available as room service finished at 10.30 so had to order a Pizza from local restaurant Mama Kitchen was great as needed some food after the a few to many beers and cocktails,

all in all would definitely go back

Atlantica Caldera Palace - Crete
We visited the hotel when it first opened and have been back 5 times since. We luv the place, friends and family have also gone on our recommendation and all have had a good time. We try and go in October when the temp is around 22 - 26 C. It was our 40th anniversary last year and 7 of us went, 3 rooms all next to each other with a sea view what more could you ask for. Some of the staff still work for the hotel after all these years - all ways happy and helpful.

Hotel has outbreak of Norovirus and has not closed for deep clean - avoid like the plague

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort Hotel in Crete. Lovely newly built hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and the food is delicious. Couldn't fault the service. A couple of little moans. I am disabled and found the seats, although brand new and very stylish were too low for me to sit down on. Perhaps a few comfy chairs around would help the elderly and infirm. This also applied to the sunbeds, although lots available I found them too low to use. Moan over, a great hotel and well worth the stay, keep doing what you are doing.

Recently returned from the Holiday Village Atlantica Rhodes. Outstanding hotel. The staff are wonderful and all ares of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well looked after. I am gluten intolerant and I ate well as all of the food is clearly labelled and a member of the food and beverages team (Parasedis?? apologies for my memory) met me on day one to discuss my needs. The hotel has deluxe, relax, and activity areas to suit all needs with 8 swimming pools and a water park for the kids. Can't recommend this place enough; have booked to go back next year. Oh, and after two days we were upgraded to our own villa for free which was AMAZING!!

This was our 4th time stay since 2019 and although there are a couple of negatives, generally this hotel is a joy to enjoy a week or fortnights stay.
Before I go into some details, we were waiting this morning for the coach to arrive to take us to the airport, we have booked yet again for a return visit same time next year.
The hotel boasts a fantastic position and the views are truly stunning, the hotel grounds are beautiful and are maintained to a very high standard.
The rooms that we have experienced require some cosmetic upgrade (re painting) but generally they are spacious and cater for most needs.
Most of the staff we came across during our stay work extremely hard and never show any negativity with the long hours they work, in fact they always greet customers with a smile and friendly chat, they truly do represent the hotel to a very high standard.
Two members of staff are deserving of our praise and extra special mention because between them they are the reason we rebooked another stay next year before we’d even left the hotel reception earlier this morning.
Salma who works from the main bar and terrace area found something of value of mine after we left the terrace late the other night. I would not have known possibly until the following day however, Salma tracked down our room and phoned almost as soon as we got in after that evening out. She explained what she had found and stated she was returning the item within a few minutes. Her honesty, loyalty and speed of service just goes to show how much she cares for the customers, she also posses a fantastic personality, such a lovely young woman with a caring nature.
Guest relations have a young women working for the hotel who epitomises the high standard of service the hotel chain strives for. Theodora is an attractive young woman with a personality to match and is absolutely work driven, she truly enjoys helping guests, a true ambassador and definitely management material. We now look forward to more travelling during next year and also our 5th visit to this fabulous hotel once again on our travel list, we look forward to meeting up with your lovely staff. Efharisto

Just had 2 weeks at the Atlantica Oasis Hotel in Limassol- fabulous, I was a little apprehensive before I went as a couple reviews said the food wasn’t great and we were all inclusive- absolute tosh- the food was outstanding! As was the holiday. The nicest staff I have encountered at a hotel couldn’t be more helpful, pleasant and polite. Lovely large room, everything we wanted for a family holiday, great pools, entertainment, superb food- even got to go to an Italian off site at no extra charge as part of the holiday! BBQ nights, cocktails reception, great cafe and snacks, great children’s entertainment and activities- will definitely be going back and recommending to friends👌

Stayed at the Atlantica Mare Paphos - I wound never return.

The hotel is relatively new, but there seems to be far too many rooms for the size of the hotel site meaning that there is limited space in the pool and the facilities struggle to cope. There are not enough sun beds for the number of people, guests ‘reserve’ their sun beds at an 8am scrum, with lots of disappointed families. The food is good in the taverna, but otherwise pretty bland, limited choice and the lunch selection is like a cocktail of the last nights food. The restaurant staff were nice and attentive.

Our room was nice, but there was noisy entertainment that made putting a toddler down very difficult. The room was cleaned everyday, but when we arrived after 7pm the room was still being cleaned and was very dirty.

The staff at the children’s swimming pool failed to adequately deal with an incident of a child pooing in the pool. We reported this, but it was not addressed creating a health and safety hazard to babies and children in the pool. The staff only acted when I removed some of the poo in a cup and gave it to them. In my view this was a serious danger to human health. The hotel and TUI the hotel owners failed to deal with the problem.

There is a small beach, but it has limited facilities.

All in all I will not be returning nor trusting TUI with the health and safety of my family.

Atlantica mare village BEWARE of what room you’re getting booking this hotel, we booked and they put us on the MAIN DUAL CARRIAGE WAY road, we asked to be moved to an even worse room, the bedroom itself is full of stains, very unclean and definitely not a 5* hotel!
The manager was so unhelpful, tried to belittle my concerns and made me really upset, we no have a filthy room and even worse customer service!
If I could put 0 stars I would this is not a 5*!

Amazing adults only hotel. Staff are fabulous. Food is brilliant - my husband is really fussy and normally struggles to find things to eat when we go away. Not that problem here. Entertainment is OK but not brilliant. Lot of people we met on our stay were regular guests - some have been going for over 10 years. Close to a dark sandy beach so if you're looking for golden sands this area is not for you! We loved it so much we're going back in Sept this year and staying longer.

We stayed at Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo on Corfu,from start to finish it was exceptional. Porters collected our bags, we were able to grab some food, despite arriving near midnight - and then discovered they had left a sandwich and fruit in our room.
Every tough point with staff was excellent. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The facilities were great. The food was varied and always very good. The beach bar is a gem, especially the restaurant above with Odysseus and his team. It is a challenging location, being on a steep hill, this is offset with the use of golf buggies and a tram-car between the beach, main hotel building and the accommodation 'levels' in between. We took the All-Inclusive offer for convenience and that was a good experience, no wristbands just done on room number very discretely. We were offered a room upgrade part way through and that was handled very well. Overall we had a superb holiday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atlantica Aegean Blue Hotel in Rhodes, Greece, and I am thrilled to give it a five-star rating across the board. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations.

Stayed at Atlantica Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus April/May for 7 nights. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic area. Outstanding service from Peppa and Vasilis in the El Sabor lounge and also Kamello and her husband at the adult only pool bar, they made our holiday a memorable one. One small criticism is that the food in the buffet restaurant wasn’t hot enough so we tended to just eat the salads that were on offer. Overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend it.
