Very pleasant office with a great caring staff

I called yesterday to make an appointment to have an x-ray done of my right hip. It was the General number on the card I was given from my doctors office. The man who answered told me that I do not need an appointment just to have an x-ray. I said are you sure that I don’t need an appointment because I am calling for one. He said again no you can just walk in for a plain x-ray. As a result of this misinformation, I had to wait a full two hours before I was even seen by the technology person. I can’t believe that this man told me this something needs to be done about this misconception as I no longer wish to have this experience in the future.

I have been a patient at AMI for many years! I have never ever had a bad experience! The technicians are friendly and always very professional.

Every time I go to AMI , I am treated with respect and the entire staff has been friendly. They make uncomfortable tests, as comfortable as possible. Put me at ease if I am a bit anxious and work with me if I have trouble doing the ‘yoga’ positions sometimes required for the test.

Excellent customer service. Appointment was on time and completed without delay. All staff were very accommodating. I have a pacemaker and Karen was trained to reset it to MRI mode which made making an appointment very easy. Didn’t have to wait for a pacemaker rep to be present at the appointment. I highly recommend both the facility and the staff.

Rebecca is hands down the best for ultrasounds! She is extremely personable making appointments enjoyable and her compassion truly shines through every step of the process. She is professional and works to ensure you feel comfortable and are informed every step of the way. She truly deserves more then 5 stars

No one wants to have to be sick or have something wrong with them, but this office is so pleasant and peaceful. It’s always a welcoming atmosphere and staff has helpful, caring attitudes. I find the care at this office to be way above average.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was professional, courteous, kind, and genuinely warm and caring. The MRI Technician, Laurel, was exceptional in ensuring my comfort at every stage while still trying to make certain I was positioned so that the proper images were captured.

Peighton, and Dr. Pack made my experience as comfortable as possible. They calmed my nerves and were very professional. I received 5 star care today. Julinda did everything possible to get me in before the holidays. She was absolutely wonderful!!!!

The waiting room was freezing! My appointment was for 10:30 and I got there at 10:10, but wasn’t seen until 10:55.

I had an all-round great exercise at Galloway AMI. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and friendly. Kristi at the front desk was a delight and my tech, Rosann, was a rockstar! Rosann was so friendly and informative that she put all of my worries to rest. By the time I got home my results were already available on the online portal! Galloway AMI is the best!

My experience was great I had Dawn this year and I was very pleased with my visit she was very attentive and made sure I was okay that speaks volumes to me when you can see that people care that’s why I will only come to AMI because I know I’m in good hands!!

The team in the Somers Point office has their act together and makes people feel like respected individuals. I live over 30 miles away and always schedule with them.
