Money was ok but by the time you worked out not getting holiday pay,sick pay, pension your not that well off, the site was massive and you had to walk everywhere as no vehicles where given to engineers, management lied about giving you a contract, existing engineers are abusive and got away with it, management worked you hard because they knew you didn't have a contract.
Treated with respect and courtesy - excellent and timely communication (unusual for many employment agencies). Beth Phillips, Recruitment Consultant, was professional throughout with both myself and the client - much appreciated.
I had a great experience. I was helped to find the right vacancy to fit what I was looking for. The first contact I had with a new employer was the perfect recommendation. After being interviewed I knew Beth had understood my needs and those of my now new employer.
Beth was amazing! She kept in contact with me throughout while helping me to apply for a role, gave me amazing advice and was a huge help!! Thank you so much!
