THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a Studio Rig back in October 2023. When I received my order, the Titanium Nail Chamber didn't work. I emailed them 5 times and called 3 times...all with no response. After 4 months I received a text from Atmosrx.com telling me they wouldn't replace the Titanium Nail Chamber but would give me 25% off if I buy another one. I told them I just wanted a replacement. Since then it has been 3 weeks and there once again is no response. I have contacted the BBB since.

I placed my order but nothing has…

I placed my order but nothing has happened. I filled everything out and clicked the appropriate buttons. I got the email asking how my experience was and it even says “ Thank you for your recent purchase from (company link).“ but now I’m back to my cart, nothing has happened. I won’t complete the order more than once. I don’t trust it anymore.

I love the atmos vape pen i have

I love the atmos vape pen i have. They make it so easy to buy replacement parts and the pen works great. Ive tried so many other vape pens and always come back to this one.

The experience was terrible

The experience was terrible. I emailed there was a problem with the atomizer. They sent me two emails of how to fix the problem. It did not work. I sent another email. They asked if I wanted to talk on the phone to fix it. By that time, I was so stressed and anxious, I said no, I'd just buy something else. Instead of customer service trying to a least fix the situation they decided not to answer any emails after that. Oh and their phone doesn't work. I sent a video also. But no problem yall....please be careful people....and Tyga....dude I hope u work with new people. I live rt here in Florida but it ain't worth the trip to the store. I guess they really needed $23.00.
