If I could give no stars I would. Scammed for our deposit. Do not answer calls or emails. Changed name from tui villas and did not let us know . Absolute scam. Stay away if you don't want to loose money.
Do not rent through ATRAVEO. They publish holiday homes of so called secure and 'Verified partners'. But these 'Verified' Partner do not pay back 1000 euro of deposit, ATRAVEO does not mediate at all. They ask you to solve your problem yourself, and meanwhile ATRAVEO continues publishing the Holiday Home to mislead even more Tenants. No ethics at all!!!

We had some problems due to cancellstions for covid 19, but the atraveo owner assistant team has been very kind and professionsl and they help us to find the better solution.

Unpresentable and unprofessional this company.
They cancelled a 6-person accommodation in Menorca a few days before landing with no choices.
Unbelievable, I strongly advise not to book with them!
Told me I had a booking for the Grand Prix in Germany and then received an email from the owner to say it was already booked which as caused me endless problems, no contact from Atraveo whatsoever despite having my email and telephone number they didnt bother to contact or help me in any way don't think your booking confirmation means a thing - it doesnt!
