This agency has been, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed operations we have ever dealt with. The property manager on Brisbane’s northside demonstrated a level of incompetence that went far beyond simple mistakes — it reflected a complete lack of skill, care, and accountability. Communication was evasive at best, misleading at worst. Critical documentation contained glaring inaccuracies, and basic responsibilities were repeatedly mishandled.
When we attempted to address these issues, the Gold Coast head office made the situation even worse. Their response was dismissive, defensive, and showed no interest in acknowledging — let alone correcting — the failures of their own staff. The absence of transparency and responsibility across multiple levels of this organisation is deeply troubling and speaks to a systemic cultural problem, not an isolated incident.
Based on our experience, this agency has shown neither the competence nor the integrity required to manage property safely or professionally. We strongly urge others to think very carefully before entrusting them with anything of value.
