DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - You will lose your money!

I would give a minus result if this was at all possible.

My wife had blood test taken on 5th June, no results received and its now 17th June. Cannot get hold of Atropa by phone, we have tried over 50 times in last 3 days. Finally got hold of someone in the 'pharmacy' dept BUT she was little use, gave my info to pass onto the main guy BRYN SMALES who does not reply to messages or emails. At the time of the blood test he said he sent bloods off to 'Nationwide' for testing. Tried calling them and they do not have anything logged against either my wifes name or Atropa!

Sent 3rd email today insisting on full refund. This is nothing short of FRAUD!

The absolute worst

The absolute worst! Initially these were amazing, delivering on time, always very helpful, then it went down hill fast. Vital medication often 3+ weeks late, medication going missing and saying it had been delivered, saying we had signed for it even though we’ve never signed for a prescription delivery from them. 2 separate lots of controlled drugs (morphine) “went missing was delivered, waiting for stock etc etc etc” best thing this company could do is fold! Putting peoples lives and health at risk. Shame on you!

Avoid

Over past few months my monthly repeat prescription has got later and later,waiting 3 weeks even when ordered on time,just being abroad,checked with GP prescription had gone to atropha,rang atropha after finally getting through or no one answering for 2 days,hot told it would be here on the Wednesday, still no prescription,rang Thursday said I go away Saturday I need my meds,still nothing,Friday no one answered ,daughter rang while I was away,still not delivered,

My medication comes in a pivotal…

My medication comes in a pivotal dispensing machine and is supposed to give me my medication 3 times daily at set times to remind me to take them because I suffer with memory problems but Majority of the time it either doesn't go of or just goes off at the wrong times or the machine just won't stop going of the workers are great just think the machines need updating and it usually gets delivered on a Friday but this Friday it never got delivered so I've had to go without taking my medication since Friday morning and I suffer with chronic epilepsy anxiety so due to me not having my medication I've been suffering with more seizures and anxiety been worse

Avoid! AVOID!

If you are looking for an Online Pharmacy AVOID Atropa !!
Changed to this online pharmacy late last year. The app assistance is next to useless, it doesn’t track your medication and where it is in the process. It’s taking weeks to get a prescription delivered, I tried them because of location. When you contact them they ignore web chat or at best half respond. Don’t bother calling them, the staff are just plain rude and totally unprofessional. And looking at the poor reviews and absolutely no response says it all !

Poor service

Atrocious Atropa !!!! Never seem to get the medications to you on time. Been waiting 4 weeks now for eye drops ,they keep saying they can’t get them but they are ordered ! Waited 3 weeks for Trimbo so my 88 year old mother had to go without and has now developed a cough due to no medication (Trimbo inhaler) !!!! Just kept saying it was on order and the Doctors had not sent Perscriptions, ( Doctors said they had ??) same with the eye drops. If there was another company that provided a similar service I would switch in a heartbeat, unfortunately there is no one else so we have no choice but to put up with this rubbish company.

Go Elsewhere

Would not recommend getting your COVID PCR test done here, forced to miss a flight because they provided wrong information on documents.

Poor service, very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this company. They put the wrong sample date on my COVID 48 hour PCR certificate which resulted in me missing my flight. Tried calling them several times but no answer. Cost me a lot of money to change the flight, book a hotel for the night and book new COVID tests at the airport. The least they could do is offer a refund for their mistake. Listen to the reviews, would not recommend this place, very poor customer service.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Poor attention to detail

Booked a 48 hour PCR pre departure covid test. Results came through the next day however they completely wrote the wrong dates on the certificate. This meant we missed our flights and had to re book both new flights and other covid tests … £1,000 down the drain because of this company’s poor attention to detail and customer negligence. I should have known they were dodgy from when I arrived at my appointment on time and they where strolling in almost 30 mins late to open the clinic. Still haven’t heard back from them and can’t get through via phone.
DO NOT BOOK HERE JUST DO YOUR TEST AT THE AIRPORT PLEASE.

If you want to go on holiday don’t use…

If you want to go on holiday don’t use ALTROPA ! We were not allowed to fly on the 20 Dec because they did not give us the correct paper work , we lost a £4,500.00 holiday because of them , & he hasn’t had the decency to reply to our emails , had enough now made appointment with a solicitor !!!

Horrid service went for a covid test on…

Horrid service went for a covid test on Friday only to be told less then 24hrs (Tuesday) before flight they had lost them. No solution just you can have your money back no apology about losing a holiday that was booked over a year ago and cost a lot of money

Leading laboratories independently test all swabs we take, but unfortunately on the very rare occasion there can be delays due to demand or other circumstances beyond our control.

I’ve discussed your particular case with a colleague and I understand he worked out of hours (5.20am) to personally ensure your results were delivered on time for you to reach your 8am flight.

Highly recommended...sign up today!

Myself and my mum who is 77 were unable to get any of our local pharmacy's to deliver our prescriptions due to the Coronavirus even though she has been told not not go out due to her age and i have a disability so cannot stand outside a chemist to queue for any length of time. I came across Atropa on Google and signed up, just over a week later (due to easter bank hols) we have received our medications. We can't express how pleased we are, it has been a huge weight off our minds. We can't recommend them enough. I even contacted them a couple of times just to check everything was on track and Bryn was very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Excellent service all round.
