Fantastic shop

Parcel will not arrive in time for xmas
I ordered 16th Dec and the parcel was due to be delivered before Xmas but just had a message from the courier to say expected delivery is 28th Dec. I choose to order from Atterley as it stated guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered before 20th Dec.

Really quick delivery time
Really quick delivery time. Nicely wrapped, I had to return and get a smaller size. Easy return process. Replacement came quickly as well despite the Christmas period. I would have liked a link to the designers size guide, the coat I bought came up large for the size. Better to specify the European size rather than using xs,s,m etc.

Lovely cardigan
Ordered a lovely cardigan but took a few weeks to arrive. Customer services were very helpful.
When it arrived it wasn’t the colour I’d ordered but still loved it so kept it.
