I ordered a wedding dress for my ceremony, gave my exact measurements and the dress which I paid to come EXPRESS delivery didn't arrive when they said it would!!! The dress itself looked nothing like the picture and when it came ivory instead of white which it said it was the dress didn't fit. When I complained and asked where to send it back too, I got no response other than our dresses are made to measure!! I am not allowed to send it back so now I have lost almost £200. I am devastated, I had to buy a dress that wasn't what I planned but cost me so much money because it was short notice because of this address. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY EVER......THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WOULD!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND SAD THAT MY DAY WAS RUINED!!

Horrible dress made really badly, customer service was rude and kept my £200, complete scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAQUE. THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND DOES NOT KEEP PROMISE. WASTED £194.15

Do not use this company- they never give refunds and they charge you for express delivery which doesn't happen then your dress will be held at Customs because despite paying £19.99 for shipping,(cost to return £11 by international post).
You will get a bill for import duties that this shambolic company take no responsibility for. I ordered a dress- £93, total £122,99 with shipping and express- an extra £10. Now we have a bill from TNT for £46. Thankfully it is their bill not ours. But they won't supply an address.

Also the dress looks nothing like the picture. I am a Size 8. They insist on custom making it then mess up your measurements. This is so they don't have to ever return any dresses. The materials are cheap, the design flawed and the stitching very poor.

The customer service is appalling. They never answer questions and quickly tell you that you will get no money back- they "NEVER" my capitals.

You have given us a wedding dress that is far superior than any dress we have seen with in our budget in a store. Many thanks again and have a great Christmas. Our wedding is set for the 25th of December, Christmas Day in Las Vegas. We would be happy to send you some pictures. Thank you and your team for making such a beautiful dress for a wonderful day. We needed the dress as soon as possible in case we needed any adjustments which my step mother could do. The dress is wonderful and fits very well.

very poor did not deliver and stole my money

I checked with this company before i bought my dresses that i could have a refund if they don't fit. They told me i could.

I have now tried to return the dresses as they don't fit and I am being told to send photos of myself in the dresses and that its my fault.
