Mr. Leak is not to be trusted.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Leak. I called them about a wet wall, and their technician told me there was no leak and that the moisture was coming from my AC.
After spending money on an AC technician who confirmed there was no AC leak, I called another leak detection company. They found that a hot water pipe was leaking behind the wall.
Unfortunately, the delay caused significant damage, and I had to replace the entire wall and carpet at considerable expense. This damage could have been prevented if the leak had been properly identified in the first place.
Based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before relying on their diagnosis.
