Lowest Quality ever, better buying Ikea at that point, cost lest and higher quality. I had a very bad experience with Audena and I would surly not recommend it. I order a furniture from this web site and I received it wrong, incomplete after months of delays. On top still now it is not fixed and unusable..The customer service does nothing, only ask you if someone called you..but is just to make you losing time. At the ned we had to open evan a legal case still ongoing..

Even in this day and age of poor customer service Audena distinguish themselves; without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The furniture is actually very nice, but know that if anything goes wrong you will receive no support of any kind. It’s like the furniture popped over from a parallel universe, and communication between our universe and theirs is forbidden by the laws of physics.

The worst furniture company, do not buy from Audena or e-furniture.de. Furniture arrived months after the initial delivery date, very low quality and far below what is advertised, we had to open a legal case against the company and the CEO as we did not receive any answer from our complain with the customer service, that was useless. Save your money as these furniture are even expenses!

Unfortunately the service is quite bad! Delivery times on the hompage are far of the reality.

After waiting for 4 months that furniture was ready for delivery the shipping company took another 3 months for delivery.

I would not recommend to buy here if you want your delivery in the same year.

Good furniture, although the fixations of the drawers are a little weak.
Also not delivered on time; proper tracking until it arrives in the destination country, where a local company takes care of the delivery; the service of this company was OK but the coordination with Audena was poor. A week after the expected delivery date, I had still no news from Audena nor the delivery company (which was supposed to contact me). Audena could not give me information, nor tell the new delivery date. I had to contact the delivery company to fix a date. Finally delivered 10 days late.
