I've been waiting 6 months for nothing...
I've been waiting 6 months, any updates I have had to chase. Often no response to emails. Poorly run business and NO customer service at all
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

‼️DO Not use this company , they are also on Amazon , i bought a Zanussi Vacuum cleaner , the copper wire in the cable came out of the black cable and started smoking , i sent them a message and a photo of the cable through amazon , they told me to contact the manufacture , i said the cleaner is dangerous it is going to catch fire , they basically don't care , i am reporting them to amazon , Do Not Buy from these people ‼️
AVOID this company if you expect any customer service if things go wrong. I bought a Zanussi kettle through eBay from Audio-Electrical in June. 3 months later in September it stopped working. Emailed them to be told 'read your manufacturer's warranty'. I replied that under Sale of Goods Act my contract was with them. They asked me to return the kettle which I did at my expense. 8 days later I'd still heard nothing so emailed them. Several more emails from me asking when I'd be refunded during September & October was met with no response from them whatsoever. I raised a case through Paypal and got a refund. I admit this was not an expensive item, but it was under a 12 month guarantee and should have been refunded. This company has a deplorable attitude to customers who buy in good faith. They hope by ignoring you if something breaks you'll just go away and accept it. They do not deserve any custom from genuine buyers so BEWARE of you're thinking of buying from them!
Buyer Beware
I purchased a 24inch smart TV from Audio electrical through Ebay as a guest.
The TV does not work at all, Audio electrical do not answer their phone & Ebay are impossibly difficult company to deal with.
So having shelled out for a non functioning TV purchased through a dysfunctional platform I am not a happy bunny.
Going to retrieve my money from my credit card company and will NEVER use Audio Electrical or Ebay come to that again
I purchased an item and after 5 months it had broken. Audio electrical didn’t want to know. They offered to repair it at my expense but wouldn’t send a replacement or refund. I am now pursuing my statutory rights.
As usual, companies are happy to take our money but when things break it’s an uphill struggle to get fair and lawful redress.
The true judge of a company is by its after sales customer service since during a sale they are keen to impress. But once they have our money it’s a different story - ‘good riddance customer’.
Unfortunately on this occasion I didn’t listen to my instinct that says when you grab a bargain you often grab a problem.
UPDATE
This is my second post for Audio electrical. I said I would post again if their customer service improved. It has, just.
I have now received a refund from them via Paypal. Unfortunately Paypal have retained a transaction fee so I am still out of pocket.
Having dealt with the company I believe they want to deliver good customer service but this episode goes to show that in reality they fell a long way short of the mark. I wont be using them again but I can see they have lots of satisfied customers who presumably are loyal. Perhaps I was just unlucky on this occasion?
