Very poorly packaged

I received my order today; the items were terribly packaged. Two electrostatic-sensitive electronic parts and two quite heavy XLR connectors were in one small bag together. The expensive crystal oscillators had fallen out of the conductive foam and the pins were bent. The devices themselves were battered.

Purchased Tanchjim Rita from this…

Purchased Tanchjim Rita from this seller for the first time.

Seeing the earpads are not coming off easily, I decided to ask the seller if they could ask manufacturer and provide me guidance on how to replace them.

The customer service first replied with an oblivious message saying they don't sell earpads. I had to repeat my question that I didn't ask if they sell earpads and I'm asking for guidance to be provided by the manufacturer on how to replace. I can buy earpads myself but earpads doesn't come off easily so there should be a methodology.

The costumer service replied saying they can't find the product on manufacturer website. I found it quickly and sent back to them. Their eventual reply is a copy paste answer from Tanchjim saying 'they don't sell replacement earpads'.

Weeks of messaging, zero solutions, complete incompetence at handling a basic customer request.

I asked about the guidance steps. They're saying the manufacturer don't sell those steps. Clearly have no understanding what the context of the message means...

They lack understanding sentence, understanding English. Zero professionalism. I'd expect a lot more problem if I want to make a warranty claim. Avoid at all costs!

You purchased a Tanchjim brand headset and wanted to replace the ear pads.

After contacting the manufacturer, we confirmed that the ear pads are not replaceable.

The manufacturer also has no plans to sell replacement ear pads.

not allowed return

buyed a headphone and the did not allow me to send it back free. i like helping out small tech companies, but at the end there is a reason why big ones got big. please, if you can, do youself a favour and try buying somewhere else. you will thank later..

We clearly state in our terms and conditions that returns of in-ear headphones are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

As an exception, and if the condition of the product allows, we may offer a trade-in with a discount.
