I bought a car from a car workshop…
I bought a car from a car workshop through auksjon, when i went to receive the car it turns out the car has a defective engine.I did not signed the handover and immedietely called to discuss the issue with auksjon team. I sent them email describing the issue, and they got in contact with seller and seller had to cancel the sale as he had no other choice as he lied in the ad and did not clearly mentioned the defects. But the way i was treated by the staff at aukjson.no it seems like i was at wrong and they prefer the seller even though he lied and tried to scam. Their emails to me showed me the were trying to defend the seller and it seems like maybe because i am not norwegian and the seller is, which is a descrimination. More so my account on auksjon.no got blocked after i fairly asked for my money back and the scammer seller still has his account active. this make me believe this is a unbaised descriminative company. They did nothing to do anything about the scammer and they did not even apologised for all the inconvinience caused to me due to the seller and they done nothing to make sure things like this wont happen.
EDIT: So today after a call, i found out that the same person who was incharge of dealing my purchase who seems to be in favour of seller has given absolutely false remarks about me, that i was try to scam the seller and get money out of it? which in unbelieveable and he apparently had my account blocked since i ask him to be fair and not favour the seller since he is norwegian. This is what i got, i got blocked, luckily not everyone in this company is same so other colleage i talked with today saw the situation and did not find me at fault and unblocked my account. But sadly the seller who actually was trying to scam has his account active and still selling. If this company was fair and honest about customer service then such a person account should have been blocked not mine. Blocking my account when i did nothing wrong and letting scammer sell surely seems like decision made out of discrimination otherwise there is no justification behind this.

When you reported the issue at collection, we paused the process and contacted the seller before any payment was released. As a result of the dialogue, the seller agreed to cancel the sale, and the transaction was reversed.
We understand that this was a frustrating experience. Our role is to act as an intermediary between buyer and seller, and we must gather information from both parties before reaching a conclusion. This can sometimes give the impression that we are defending one side, but our intention is always to handle each case fairly and objectively.
We take your comments regarding our communication seriously. We also want to make it clear that we do not treat customers differently based on nationality or any other personal characteristic. All cases are handled according to the same procedures.
If your user account was temporarily restricted during the case, this was related to the ongoing handling of the transaction and not your nationality.

Pc was sent in cardboard box with one…
Pc was sent in cardboard box with one ply of bubblewrap, this is clearly not enough packaging. Also didn't come with power plug, even though it said in the ad that it fired up.
*Not enough to pay for the PC once, they obviously need even more money and is still requesting different amounts of money. Changing to 1 star.

Easy to bid and purchase
Easy to bid and purchase. But since I didn't have the possibility to inspect the item prior to purchase, I had to trust the description on Auksjonen.no.
The km was nearly 2000 km higher than listed, and there was significant more rust than indicated.

The payment went very easy.
The object had many more faults then the faults the owner reported. It looks like Auksjonen accept this.
After finished the bid, Auksjonen make contact with me saying that they represented the seller and asked for some higher bid to accept it as the final bid.
There were no sign that they discussed this with the owner of the object.

Auksjon was not able the money from the…
Auksjon was not able the money from the first buyer. So I had to have my object (car) for the second time and that caused significant reduction of the car estimation.
I have lost 15000kr and that was because of you.
I will not recommend people to sell through Auksjon.
