Aura Fragrance Reviews 

Aura fragrance has the worst customer service of any business ever. They should better close shop if they can't take good care of issue the arise from their business dealing with customer. I dispute a charge when I didn't receive a fragrance they sent to me with my bank. Instead of them to take care of the issue after I have made several calls but they decided to stop every transaction with me. I have bought a YSL parfum 3.4oz, but what I received shock me a used bottle of YSL parfum.
If you can't solve issues that arise with your business deals, please close your shop and stop being a nightmare to your customers.
There are other better fragrance store out there.

My shopping experience was unique! I ordered a fragrance from the website and the process was simple and thorough, package arrived fast and safe. Also, the fragrance is authentic with the batch codes as well. Will be ordering more from the company and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for the great experience.

Stay away from this place, they sent me a broken (leaking) $74 bottle of cologne, and refuse to replace it. They've asked me to send back the leaking bottle. Nobody will accept the return when I've tried to send it, as it leaked through the packaging....Dan O'Brien 973-214-7870

They’ve sent an almost empty (95% empty) Perfumes de Marly Percival . Lucky I’ve used PayPal for the purchase, and they’ve sent a return label with no time.

I only bought from them once and it's going to be the last time. I think their fragrances are cheap fake and watered down. I have bought the Nishane hashifat, which is an expensive fragrance,and it seems like it's fake it only lasts for 2 hours or 3 hours and if you're going to buy a it's an expensive fragrance you should never buy it from this website. They have fast shipping but bad products and customer service. The only reason why I bought from them is because they give the cheapest price for Hacivat which eventually was a trap. I could have spent $25 more and got original product.

Stay away from this at all cost.

I bought fragrances from this so called fragrance website and they did not deliver my colognes and then when I call them they say,they cannot do anything about it,
They were rude,arrogant.

Their fragrances are watered down. I bought a Xerjoff and the juice is so flat compared to the original. The bottles and batch code may appear authentic but it’s not. Worst part is they don’t respond to emails. I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw I’m Yelp, before purchasing.

I have had a great experience with Aura fragrance so far. I’ve purchased Delina, a Xerjoff tester, and a Juicy Couture fragrance. All were authentic and I got a great deal on them.

My first purchase with them. It was absolutely fantastic unbeatable prices the perfume reached me in 4 days. Its Acqua di Giò Profumo. I have been using this perfume for couple of years now and i can confirm the perfume Aura fragrance sent me is original such strong and long lasting smell.

I bought a D&G the one EDP from them because it was $50. I have the authentic EDT and it smell like the parfum compared to the one I got from them. My old spice deodorant is stronger than that. I'm so furious for being misled. The fragrances are fake don't waste your money. I strongly believe those 3 other 5 star reviews are from them because they are similar in wording.

This was my first purchase from Aura. They have real stores in Texas and their web presence is fairly recent. Being in Kansas I gave them a try. Ordered Mancera Red Tobacco (testor) and Mancera Cedrat Boise. Killer prices, no sales tax and free shipping. Received order 4 days after purchase. I meticulously compared the packaging and product to my bottles from FragranceNet. All good. So long FragranceNet...I won't miss your high prices and 28 day shipping.
