Absolute scam, we have now wrote to the ombudsman- my daughter changed her address and that cost £250, and then coz it’s a slightly more rural area wanted an extra £100 a month!. My daughter has been offered a company car now, and we gave them two wks notice that will be cancelling and they want the whole years money- as apparently you can’t cancel🤣. So now I have got the ombudsman involved. I am looking forward to this company being struck off. Do not use!. 2 Bob scam company.

Cancelled my insurance for doing 33 in a 30. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me I am a dangerous driver and shouldn’t be on the roads! (This was Alyssa from Wolverhampton)Very rude and will do anything to take money off you !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Asked for a phone call from the manager still no call a week later

Absolute robbing disgusting insurers!!!! £300 charge for upping mileage for the year then proceeding to charge £270 per month as a result!!!!! This company should be struck off!!!!!!!

Charged me an extra £250 as they claimed I didn’t tell them where I worked when I applied for the insurance when I did when all I called for was to change my address which they charged me £75 for!! crappy curfew which they say doesn’t affect your driving score but actually does, the black box glitched marking me down for doing 81mph on a LANE, they said it would leave my account within 2 weeks, it’s not been 8 months and it’s still there, I won’t be calling them to sort it out again tho cause they’d probably find some way to charge me again 🙄, would not recommend at all!!

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ANY COSTS, I am a young driver who knew no better and was drawn into the cheap prices they offer. Tried to cancel my policy for absolutely no reason after taking my high deposit I won the case and stayed insured with them. However, when i needed to change my occupation they were quick to charge me an extra £300 just to change my job title, to then charge me another £600 just to add another 5000 miles. Absolute scam and avoid this company at all cost.

This is a SCAM.

They are just a broker and who you have a claim, the claims number they list on their app takes you through to one of these SCAM solicitors and not your actual insurance company. The SCAM solicitor charges out a hire car for a Fiat 500 at £142 a day instead of the £12 Enterprise offer and then if they can't reclaim the £6000 worth of hire cost from the third party, they come to you for the cost. It's designed to make money out of your accident and for young drivers who know no different, it's a spiders web of deceipt. These companies should be clamped down on.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! This company is an absolute shambles. I have never in my entire life/career dealt with such an unprofessional company. They were extremely unhelpful, extremely rude and cancelled my sons policy without any notice. When I called them to ask why, they kept me waiting for over an hour and even then, couldn't give me a reasonable explanation. My heart sank every time I received an email from them! Total waste of time and money and I wish I had looked here before taking out a policy with them.

This company is absolutely diabolical. Do not under any circumstances insure your car with them. They continuously threaten to cancel your motor insurance if you cannot produce the documents. They canceled my daughter's car insurance when she was out on the road today. They did so even though I had spoken to them yesterday and confirmed that I had not yet received the V5 document from the DVLA, but as soon as I did, I would send it on. I had supplied them with a copy of the application to the DVLA already, so they knew I had applied. They had found out from the DVLA that it had been issued. So I was simply waiting for my copy to come in the post. Despite this, they notified me this morning that they had canceled the insurance. I spoke to them today. The V5 came in the post yesterday afternoon. I uploaded this V5 onto their portal. They refused to reinstate the car insurance. I have now had to spend another £400 to take out insurance with a new company. I asked to speak to a manager but was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to return my call. As my daughter is at college and needs the car with insurance to drive tomorrow morning, this could not wait 24-48 hours. Appalling service.

Do not use this company! Charged me £50 just to change my address which took them 2 minutes to do. I then changed my vehicle and they gave me a quote double what I was paying originally and then when I asked to cancel it they said I need to pay £400 to do so! I did a quote on go compare and this insurance company came up quoting me so much cheaper then what they told me over phone and when I asked them to put it down to what the quote said they said they were unable to get it any lower! Absolutely awful company and always take ages to get hold of
