Auravita 

I had previously used this product in the gym and liked it so ordered them to use at home. It is delivered deflated but very easy and quick to inflate with the straws and plugs provided. I have been using this product for some time now and it is exactly what I wanted, thanks. They very well packed and arrived very quickly. I am happy to recommend Auravita as a company,

Many years ago, I used to pay a fortune for silly little packets of linseeds (flax seeds) from most of the major supermarkets and, as my family has 28g (1oz) a day, we used these up very quickly.
Then, I discovered Auravita who supply them in reasonable quantities - 1Kg boxes - actually a box containing a bag.
Although storing six boxes (6Kg) of them takes up space - they are cheaper in volume, they stack up well and, when soaked overnight in half a glass of water and then topped up with fruit juice, gives most of the RDA of vitamins.

I've ordered several products from Auravita - it has a great range and their service has always been very good in my experience. I would highly recommend them.

The website has a good range of products for some nice prices, so I thought I would buy an item off their website. The bad thing was the service as my item kept getting delayed and I had to wait a while to get my product. Wasn't very pleased.

I wish I didn't have to give one star!

Ordered well in time for christmas! 16th.... Didn't dispatch until the 20th by 2nd class and due to weekend will not get until after christmas now.

Rang up and received very bad customer service.

Don't use, avoid

i ordered an item showing a despatch date of 15th oct, that was then delayed to the 22nd oct, NOW it has been delayed until the 29th, unaceptable, this company shows an early despatch date, then delays and delays, needless to say i have cancelled my order and will shop elsewhere.

I ordered from Auravita then saw some of the bad reviews, which got me pretty nervous. But my experience was absolutely perfect. Their price was good, they shipped two days earlier than their estimate, and the product arrived exactly within their delivery estimate and in perfect condition, extremely well packaged. Based on this one experience I would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently purchased a expensive pepper grinder for my new kitchen, the new kitchen took a while, so I had not noticed the item was damaged for a good few weeks plus.

On contact Aurovita they had no issues with me returning the item.

I was sent a prepaid envelope for return and recieved the new item even before I had managed to return the faulty goods.

The email between myself and them regarding the return were prompt and they were very pleasant.

I think the true worth of a company is when things go wrong and aurivita passed this test with flying colours.

Im delighted with how they dealt with this issue and it has prompted me to write my first review.

i bought a moisturiser that is £20 in the shops for £5 including delivery.
it came withing 4 days of ordering and when i had a query i sent an email and got a reply with a day.
i think its hard to trust a company when you see such bad feedback, but people only review when they have had bad service!

I ordered my "Pharma Nord" product by telephone via a charming and helpful lady.

The purchase arrived arrived within 4 days.

I received 10 delayed item emails from them whilst waiting 3 months for an important pharma. They have no accountability and I cancelled my order and will no longer be using them or referring others to them as before.

I believe this websight dhould be avoided at all costs. Be warned

Purchased an obviously faulty product from Auravita which I returned. They disposed the item without even telling me and subsequently refused a refund/replacement. Had to get Trading Standards involved. Very poor customer service, would not use again.
