Ausgrid is very much under par as…

Ausgrid is very much under par as repairing & maintenance & time factor is concerned add to this the times you choose to carry out maintenance is diobolic, middle of the day & all bloody day is a joke, we have seen your team of workers to busy standing around doing stuff all, next time do it from 12am. No one around all in bed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not good enough.

Learning from an event

Changed the review to five star as the customer service team lead rang to say multiple positive changes will be made to handle outages during storm...any company that takes tiny steps to improve management of future event is a great company....👏.....issue....Very Poor service.no power since friday 8pm ,17jan25.Energy australia as retailer and ausgrid as distributor model is poorly setup and not a customer centric model. Both organisations should work together, combine resources to help clients at busy times..more than 1hour waiting for call to be picked up.had to give up no of times to keep waiting.no sms or phone updates.old ,pregnant ,children living on street.Tree had brought down power lines.ausgrid need to have more call centre staff.ausgrid need to provide firm updates so residents can plan.ausgrid need to help seniors living on street.ausgrid need to provide temporary power to residents ausgrid need to coordinate with SES to restore power.ausgrid need to have more contractors ready to help at these times.Ausgrid need to have secondary connections for each install.Pay bills to energy australia who should really be responsible to client for arranging service fixes not ausgrid energy distributor..job no.W12248164.
Demographics should be checked in prioritising jobs.Multiple teams should be sent to speed up fixing of jobs.
It should be about service efficiency at all times storms, rains etc.to avoid other serious issues and save precious food spoilage.Do not just give a standard response.Fixing the inefficiency by action is more important.
