I have had an excellent experience with this niche perfume shop and can recommend it without hesitation.

Not only the perfume I ordered arrived in few days and closed in cellophane, but the box contained all sorts of goodies. I was soo pleased to get so many samples. This helps me to get to know new scents. And the wrapping was so tasteful and rich. I am literally amazed by this company which I never tried before!

I ordered some niche perfume samples from this shop. I received the package about 2 weeks later, so shipping was a bit slow, but not really an issue. The samples were carefully packed and all the sample bottles were filled to the top. The samples did not seem to have been diluted with alcohol and they are consistent with the official notes and descriptions, so I believe that they are authentic. The shop offers a really great range of niche perfume samples at reasonable prices.

Overall a good experience and I would be happy to order from this shop again.

Placed an order at the end of last December and was charged for it immediately. However, the order wasn't shipped until 4 weeks later, because according to their answers to my enquiries one of the items wasn't in stock and the ETA kept shifting.

Moreover, when my order finally arrived it didn't have any of the samples I asked for. The support was unhelpful, claiming that all samples were out of stock (for all 4 weeks while my order was still processing?) and refused to send me the samples they neglected to include, instead asking me to place another order.

So, if you decide to give this shop your business be ready that:
1) you'll get charged the full amount, but they won't ship your order until all the items are in stock, which can take weeks;
2) if your order is taking time to get shipped, you'll have to keep contacting them since they don't proactively give you any updates on the ETA;
3) if they didn't include your requested samples, they won't ship them to you separately.

Absolutely fantastic fragrance received by Bertrand Duchaufour for Parfums MCDI and my first experience of the house and this company. Will absolutely be looking to sample more from the collection based on the quality of the release. Received itbeautifully well packaged & on time, with a few little extras thrown in including a generous selection of samples all of which were chypres, which I thought was really clever touch and very-well considered, all of which were new to me and were actually really good! The handwitten thank you note from ALZD, was also a lovely touch and being my first experince using this store, Aus Liebe Zum Duft, i will absolutely be using it again going forward, I am really impressed by the service so any international customers who are in two minds, rest assured this is a genuine, high end niche product and and the service delivered by ALZD is second to none.

I ordered a lot of samples on the 10th of May, they claimed that they’d deliver it on the 25th though that’s really too much. My order from By Kilian from France was much faster than this despite being in the same country.
I tried emailing them twice afterwards but they haven’t answered back :/ pretty disappointed.. I wanted to purchase a couple of full sized perfumes but after my experience with them till now, I don’t think I am gonna purchase anything from them again.
Hopefully I’ll receive my samples or my money back.

I have bought several times here. Great perfumes and fast shipping from Germany to Denmark.

I’ve ordered a quite expensive perfume from this company just before the New Year and was expecting a delivery early January. They dispatched the order and during the transportation to the UK the content (perfume) was stolen by the courier they use (DHL) so I was received an empty box. After contacting them to resolve the problem they keep promising me that they will solve it as they are waiting for DHL a reply... This situation lasts longer than a month now and I had no replacement or a refund. Horrible customer service, avoid using them as they are not taking any responsibility!

Ordered some samples on December 2nd. Haven't received any info about the estimated time of the arrival or anything regarding shipping until I've sent an email on the 6th. They said it will be 8 to 10 days. Then on the 11th I got an email saying one item of the five I've ordered is not in stock. (Why could I order it in a first place?). They've asked if I want to wait for it to come back in stock or change it. Waiting time was supposed to be 14 days. Still nothing.
PS. Can't say though, customer service is at least very fast in their answers although pretty illiterate.

Very under-rated company who has a wide selection of very hard to find perfumes! I ordered a few samples and they were filled with a good amount of juice and well packaged. Would use again.

Ausliebezumduft [ALZD] are, in my opinion, one of the best stores out there. I have made countless purchases from them over the last few years, and not once encountered a problem. I recommend them wholeheartedly for a number of reasons:
*Great selection of perfumes. I mean in both meanings of the word great - they carry a very large selection of high quality fragrances. They are the first perfume store I visit when looking for niche/indie/unique scents and I don't know of any other store that carries such a wide variety of different brands.
*Good prices generally speaking. They are not a discounter, they are a proper retail outlet for high end perfumes (and other products, skin care, home fragrance etc, but I go for the perfume), so the prices aren't bargain basement. But in their area of specialism the prices are very competitive, I often find that when comparing prices here in the UK with prices on the continent generally, the UK markup is greater. The exchange rate over the last few months also helps of course! I often find the overall cost from ALZD is best, when you also consider shipping costs etc.
*Attractive and easy to navigate website. I have no trouble finding what I want, the website is pleasant to browse, items are ordered sensibly, I can view prices in my preferred currency and account settings are easy to manage eg tracking orders, seeing previous orders etc. There is a wishlist function to save items you wish to return to, there are guides to different brands and scents, and you can search for perfumes with your preferred main note.
*Samples. ALZD have a great samples system. Most of the scents they stock have an option to purchase a sample, with prices ranging from about £3 - £20 depending on the value of the full bottle (most are at the lower end of the scale). It is great to be able to try things out before you buy, and their sample sizes are generous, I am guessing they are 2-2.5ml, in spray atomisers with lids, and clearly labelled. They make the samples up for you, so you know they are fresh, and the date they were made is also written on them. I find this a nice touch I haven't seen elsewhere. You can purchase 10 samples at a time, and it is possible to make sample-only orders, or add 10 alongside a full bottle. When you purchase a bottle, you can also choose 3 free samples (in addition to the 10 you can buy).
*Extras. Often ALZD include some quirky little extra something in your order - I've had feathers sprayed with perfume, matchbooks, extra samples, fortune cookies, biscuits, chocolate, and once even a fluffy toy rabbit! In addition, when you sign up and make an account they ask for your month of birth, and each year send you a birthday voucher to use that month.
*Postage and Packing. ALZD always package their parcels beautifully. I have made many orders from them, and each one has arrived beautifully presented and well padded. Delivery times for me are usually about 4 business days from ordering (Germany to UK), and arrive by courier. Insured shipping is free over (I think) 150Euro. They send updates when the order is processed and despatched and include tracking details. International shipping available.
*Customer Service. On the occasions I have had to contact them about something, their staff have always been friendly, courteous, helpful and responded quickly to my queries.
*Payment options. You can pay by your normal credit/debit card, cashback, cash in advance, bank transfer, online money transfer eg TransferWise
The website can be read in English, done with excellent translation which is universal on the site, unlike some translated sites who revert back to the original language at checkout. I don't know of anywhere else offering the level of variety or number of different brands. They are my first port of call when browsing or shopping for perfume and I fully recommend them to anyone and everyone! I genuinely can't think of any complaints. The only bad thing I can say is that I have given them all my money haha!
I think the only things that could make it better would be perhaps some kind of loyalty scheme, like maybe money off coupon if you buy a sample and then come back for the full size bottle in that scent, or a points scheme where you receive points when you order, which can be used for money off future purchase, that kind of thing. Also would be great if they occasionally held sales or events such as 10% off days or something.

TL:DR - Best perfume shop online, lots to love, go check it out.

I have a preference for a scent which is hard to come by in Denmark. Ausliebezumduft had my preferred scent in lots of different varieties; eau de toilette, eau de parfum, soap, body shampoo, body lotion and more. I purchased 4 different products and got a lot of different samples, some of which I could choose myself. Fast shipping and nicely wrapped too.

excellent prices. orders sent next day. speed of delivery is about a week to 10 days. classy packages. many gifts in the box.

So far i ordered twice from them (samples and perfume as well) and I am utterly happy with them. Delivery was not more than 4 days and their prices are not bad either! High praises, nice job!
