Misleading not Australian
AUSlots is not licences by an authority that protects Australian consumers it’s not Australian it’s very misleading. Google safe sights. It’s the only way to protect yourself. AUSlots is not reputable they don’t care about the consumer they are misleading. The Overall gaming experience is great, however withdraw options are limited. Visa (not all) Bitcoin, or neosurf. As this sight is marketed to Australian customers you would think access to winning would be relatively simple. Its not Neosurf was my option this is what I got BANKS TEMPORARILY DEACTIVATED ANOTHER OPTION COMING SOON. This is highly unacceptable. Auslots should have more concern for their customer base ensuring companies they are partnered with provide the service expected to the consumer it’s marketed to. They replied stating they are not responsible for neosurf or how they operate. They could not help me any further so you ask yourself do they care about the service their customers receive, my opinion from their replies is NO....it’s now 2 weeks and they were not willing to find an alternative way of making payment. Beware this is not a safe sight for Australians to play on you can check their licensing, and see for yourself they are not governed by reputable licensing authorities
