So much promise and so little communication. From their OTT marketing you would think at least one person could communicate back to you if you have a question but not this MOB. I ordered a hose reel and also what they advertise as a high pressure washing gun. It is completely overpriced and no more powerful than a good direct garden nozzle.Once I had paid my money, I emailed them three times and not even a reply. Their stuff is expensive to be honest I don’t rate it. No better than anything else. I would not go near these guys. 2 pint heads in 10 gallon hats.

I can be bothered again with this company, poor service, apart from the sales team were all very happy to get your money, but after that, the hand spray unit lasted the best of one month, the 30m hose unit had the most vicious retrace on it and its tracer bar which takes in the hose came off and jammed in the rear of the unit and guess who this company blamed for this....you guessed it, ME. No product warranty honoured, constantly lied to about some fictitious technician coming to asses the problem, only to be offered a 20%, yes you read that correctly, 20% discout off my next purchase, what bloody life time would that be, not this one thats for sure. So disappointing in everysense, just rubbish.
Wht would they offer a warranty? so you feel it a good and backed up product, but its all lies and smoke screen.
DONT TOUCH THIS PRODUCT. Go to you local hardware and forget this un-AUSSIE product as its crap.

Purchased 2 of these and on both occasions, i purchase the most expensive package that included free install and 1.2mtr connection to the tap, all that was provided was the hose drilled in to the wall. Upon calling the installer i was met with threats and abuse. I will never ever consider this company and I dont know how they are still in business they are not to be trusted.

Was very happy with the purchase & installation of my 2 hoses. Communication before & after my order was place was prompt, informative and installation was within a few days, & on time. John, who installed the hoses was lovely, he spent time going through how to use & care for the hoses. Happy to highly recommend Aussie Hoses.

Sam who arrived was fantastic, super friendly and was done installing on the wall in less than 10 mins. He showed me how the hose works and offered a tap upgrade which I declined only as we are renting. The value for money is incredible and the hose and attachment is excellent.

I placed an order with Aussie Hoses on the 30th August I received a confirmation stating the product would be installed in 3 weeks then all I get just before the install is due is a message stating the technician wants a day off and therefore the next available date is not until October if you are thinking of using Aussie Hoses then I would reconsider if they care this little about cancelling an appointment what hope have you got when you have a problem with the hose.I was told they would speak to management regarding this issue but again no response.

John did a great job on the installation of our 2 hoses that we purchased and spent time with me to ensure that I understood how to operate the hose and storage unit properly.
I was really pleased with the service.

Hose failed after less than a year

Left a 1 star review and multiple "owners" made contact to threaten to come to the property to harm us, and steal back equipment that was paid for a year prior. (This is all captured on CCTV)

Police report had been filed against these guys

I can verify TH review of the owner.
I have heard the owner ring up a customer first hand and scream at them down the phone, demanding they remove the poor reviews or he will come to your property and . . (Insert threat suggestion), and steal the hose from their home.

I would not recommend this company.

I see AH got some poor reviews but my experience, both times, was excellent. On time, on budget, very helpful and efficient and a great product. The best hose system I have ever had and a pretty good tap system too. They run a clothesline service. I am planning on calling them for that too. Peter took care of me. Thanks.

Trigger nozzle does not click into position after 12 months
They told me that the nozzle is not covered by warranty

Aussie hose have misleading advertising that’s it’s $129 however upon completion it’s $189 plus $29 cash. Their hose broke in 2 uses and they do not honour their 2 year warranty. Better Hosea at the reject shop. Their owner Jim calls after you complain and bully’s you, talks your ear off about how his hose is the best in the world and it never breaks. Well it broke and damaged my new car on the 2nd use. Jim only wants to talk your ears off over the phone but refuse to reply to emails or messages with his staff replying I’m not allowed to respond. His FAKE reply is as fake and dishonest as it gets. He is nothing more than a grown man bullying women to back down refusing a refund and refuse to take his own faulty cheap product away pretending to reply saying he is “happy to send someone to fix”. It would be good to reply to the emails and text and send a worker to fix furst before you post FAKE REPLIES JIM. How disgusting for and fake. I can not stand dishonest people like you who don’t warrant your own advertising! No choice but to dispute with the banks, Accc and Vcat! Mean mean fake man you are!

Unfortunately this company rang at the last minute and told me they didn’t have the size i'd confirmed with them last week which was odd for a start. Then they tried to sell me a hose for 50 dollars more for a larger or go smaller than what i had ordered. Not good business when the job was confirmed for that size and i have already taken the day off and was told it would be ten days for another to arrive so why confirm a job if you don't have the products aside the lady that was on the phone couldn’t have given one about their mistake so that’s why i cancelled completely be wary when dealing with this company

My hose is a year out of warranty, when water started leaking out from reel. When i rang I was told it cannot be repaired. I do not understand why it is made in a complete sealed case that can't be taken apart for repairs. 0

Sometime ago i wrote a review on this company the review was probably a bit scathing more so because someone i spoke to was really not concerned with my complaint. Since then i received a call from the owner who has rectified my issue for which i am grateful.
Thankfully all is well now and i can use what is an Australian made product which is working very well.
