A staff member called Andrew could not have been more helpful and considerate to me
We had a situation where I ordered a hamper as a Thankyou gor a friend who had been very kind to me I wanted it delivered on his birthdsy which was 10 December I ordered the hamper on 2ndcDec it arrived at Bayswater distribution centre on 6 Dec and never moved from there
Andrew lodged a complaint and did not get any reply so sent another hamper by expressing mail which was delivered within 24 hours
According to the original parcel’s tracking it is still at the distribution centre
I was so grateful to Andrew and your company for sending another hamper where you could have just said “not our fault” which is wasn’t of course
Thankyou so much and I will always use your company and wil recommend you to my friends
