Delivery guaranteed within 10 days of payment. After two months of excuses and multiple missed “definite” delivery dates (including a final claim he was delivering it himself, complete with travel updates that got as close as 80 kms away and yet he still didn’t show up) we finally cancelled out order and instructed him to provide a full refund. He then proceeded to actually load our table on a truck and told us the driver would need to be paid in cash when he arrived, which claimed he would reimburse. We refused to make any additional payment and the table was eventually delivered, although different from the one he sent us photos of. All in all a terrible experience. I do not recommend this business if you are looking to buy a massage table.
