What a poor service !! I have used this company for many years but it has gone completely downhill. They occasionally respond but then after chasing a number of times I have given up. AVOID !!!!

Used to be quite good but now absolutely hopeless. Contacted to ask them to authenticate something and they agreed within a reasonable timeframe. Sent them the pictures as requested and then heard nothing back despite frequent chasing emails over the last month. Just ghosted me. Complete waste of time. Try elsewhere.

Paid for an authentication on 12th Dec 22 and I’m still waiting. Messages have been sent asking for both updates, and then a refund, but have been totally ignored.

Helpful and friendly. Not to expensive.

The first two authentications I paid for went well. They were done realitively quickly (48 hrs) and all was good. However the next THREE were and continue to be a NIGHTMARE! Today is November 7, 2022 and I still have not received a auth request I paid for and submitted to them on October 9th! Unfortunately, I also paid for two others that I also have not received. I feel like this company is either overwhelmed or simply does not care. Regardless, they have caused my business to suffer and this is unacceptable. My score for authentcate4u is an "F".

I have send money and photos. But didn’t really get any help or service! Waste of time and money. They answer my message only to get my money and after I have send them, they never reply. Got scam big time I guess.

Send my vintage Chanel bag photos with out serial code,waiting for 3 days no response.Send photos with serial code been waiting for 3 weeks not respond not authentication.Waste of money and waste of time.Rubbish service unprofessional people.Never use this website again.

Yet again, thought to give them another chance, paid for service, no acknowledgement, no service, no apology, no refund, nothing. Opened a case with PayPal.

I bought a bag preloved and when it arrived I knew straight away it was a counterfeit. The box was the 1st give away. I also compared it with another bag. I just needed proof that this was not a genuine bag. I contacted a few companies and sent photographs. This company was the only one that came back to say it was genuine. I’m glad I used the initiative to pay and ask other authenticators or I would’ve been waking around with a fake bag. For 10/12 pounds/dollars it’s worth getting a few opinions.

Excellent communication from start to finish, great turnaround time. Very particular about pictures and picture quality which is assuring. I knew my item was genuine, brnd new with receipt but I wanted the certificate to go along with it for future.

Fantastic service. Authenticated three mulberry bags for me very quickly. Responded very quickly to my messages and requested lots of photos. Responded very quickly and emailed confirmation. I would definitely use again

Incredible! They receive my money but they didn't authenticate my wallet...they don't answered to me

Only had good experience with authenticate4u. Their handling time might be a bit longer than usual and people should be patient - so no urgent requests- but otherwise everything perfect. they have a wide knowledge of designer brands and their variations.

Utterly dreadful! I lost the receipts for 2 of my items so asked A4U to authenticate for buyer peace of mind as I was going to sell them. Came back fake!
I bought a very fake brooch from eBay with a certificate of authenticity… A4U again 😏
A friend just purchased a Chanel bag, authenticated A4U again… sent pics to the very highly regarded Zeko Authentication…. fake!
I wouldn’t touch them ever again!
I also know two ladies who took bags into LV boutiques to be repaired to be told their bag was fake… again A4U!!

Paid the authentication fee and sent photos via Facebook massager nearly four weeks ago. Still waiting for the outcome. Have used their service a number of times before without issues. The prices are good compared to prices charged by other authenticators online. However recently the service provided has gone down hill. I hope they respond soon.

Contacted authenticate4u via Facebook 7 days ago and received an automated message saying we will get back to you asap, I don’t think 7 days is good customer service. Had other companies respond much quicker and dealt with my authentication,

I was a bit worried using the service having looked at trustpilot reviews, but I cannot be happier with the service received. I messaged them in the evening asking to authenticate a bag. I was told the specific Authenticator will be online the next day and will get back to me. I paid them via PayPal, and as promised, my bag was authenticated the next day. I was also sent a certificate to prove it was authentic.

Overall brilliant service! Will happily use them again.

Contacted thru their facebook page replied to me the next day due to different time zone, I payed by paypal. I had 2 bags that needed authentication 1 hour after I got a reply and authentication for my LV bag and the 2nd bag a gucci took about 6-7 days after follow up. Otherwise happy with the service will use them again.

Authenticate4U - I dealt with them through their Facebook page where they were quite active and responded quickly. I asked them to authenticate a Celine bag for me via Ebay listing, they explained what pictures and details they needed and responded promptly and politely all weekend! I am waiting to receive the written report regarding the authenticity of the bag but will update here on the progress of that.

Never replied to me after I paid them to authenticate an item.
Ignored every single message of mine and had to contact paypal to claim back the money.
This place is a joke, not a business.
Avoid!
